Disgusting!!! I will NEVER EVER eat anything out of this dirty, nasty place!! ALL of the tables were filthy. There was trash, cheese, lettuce, and crust droppings under our tables. The walls literally have finger prints on them. The buffet wall is one of the nastiest things Ive ever seen in a restaurant. The cart they push around has a bucket of dark brown water with the most potent smell. They stand right beside your table and drop the food into the trash bin and slosh the smelly fluid concoction around. It really makes you lose interest in food if you havent already by the trashy, dirty atmosphere. Theres people walking around playing music from their phones, children screaming and the guy behind the counter who gets the items out of the oven SLAMS and throws everything around. By the time I left I was so on edge I knew this was my last visit. Ive been here in the past and had a bad experience but I was hoping maybe it was just a bad day. I was wrong, its in Janaf... If you know the area then you know the crowd. Every day is a bad day here. I want a refund but the manager in duty was refusing a senior citizen a special order pizza and if I had to deal with him I knew my claws would come out.

My family & I have been been visiting this location for 10+ yrs. Everything has been great until recently. I am so disappointed that I will not be welcomed almost every weekend by The Manager "Guy", he was Amazingly the one, always greeting & smiling, helping in any way. It was like going "home" when we visited while he was working. Recently a new manager "Tony" has come aboard & I tell you, this location has NOT been the same. He is not at all smiley or pleasant which is a big turn off due to the children (families) to the point, that every weekend visits became maybe monthly visits (for the past 6 months) I will not order a personal pizza while he is there, like I use to. Honestly after tonight, CiCis inJanaf Shopping Center will no longer have our business due to "Tony".

The tea was salted and the tables were all dirty. We came when they opened at 11am and the closing staff clearly didnt wipe nothing down. When I approached the staff about the tea the lady basically laughed at me and admitted out loud that just the day before had made three batches of salted tea . the main problem was that clearly no one washed the tea dispenser. So I even asked for a clean cup so I could get soda and it had oily residue in it. The pizza was okay. But that was it. I was thoroughly disgusted and wont be visiting this location for quite sometime. Ill drive to Hampton firs .

Daniel the manager is very unprofessional. Went there to eat with my autisitic brother and he screamed at him for touching his slice of pizza with his hand, which caused him to not even want to eat the pizza and have a severe anxiety attack. There wasnt anything wrong with him addressing him it was the manner in which he spoke to him whether he was mentally disabled or not shouldnt speak to children that way! Also place was very unclean spills everywhere and very poor customer service ! Was my first experience with Cicis pizza and probably my last. I will also be contacting corporate!

Unprofessional full of inexperienced kids that worked under no supervision. Dirty, smelled like someone died in the bathroom and when I tried to run out of the bathroom my shoes were attacked by toilet paper that randomly decorated the floor. No clean chairs and tables. My fingers stuck to the chair before i had even 1 bite of my first slice of pizza. Pizza had a funny taste however I still give it 2 stars the chic ringing up the customers was lit and greeted everybody and you get what you pay for. ENJOY!

Not happy. Wanted good pizza. We walked in to a nice greeting but went up and found hardly any pizza literally. Then we waited maybe they were backed up nope. No one was making pizza. No cinnamon rolls nor brownies were out. It sucked. Walked up to the bar and an employee walked through back door and another employee was just chilling with her butt on the counters on her phone. Okay thanks I wanted pizza. But no Facebook was more important. This place isnt normally like this. Smh. Im disappointed.

Just as you would expect a CiCis to be: even the walls are greasy, the tables arent completely cleaned, the manager is running the register and didnt seem to notice the entire store behind him. The few employees we saw were frantically trying to keep up with the busy dining room. On the plus side: the staff was very nice, the bathrooms (although smelly) were beautifully redone, and the buffet was mostly full. Still decent, but nothing more than good enough

This restaurant was so dirty. The manager was so rude!! He keep getting an attitude and when I asked for general manager name the number he said he couldnt give it to me, but then I finally got it, so I will be calling to talk to him. This place is so getto, and so unfriendly!!! I much rather have spent a few extra dollars somewhere else, where we would have had better customer service. Mangers should not have been so rude like he was!

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty, filthy!!!! Wholly cow what a dirty place!! Its honestly the dirtiest place Ive ever gone to. And Ive seen bad in Brooklyn. Jeeze this place was dirty....did I mention how dirty this place was? I need to go take a shower! And when I told the Manager, he said he was short staffed effectively making this the dirtiest and most unprofessional place Ive ever been too!!

8/26/2017. We went there last night! 8/25/2017. IT WAS DISGUSTING! FRUIT FLIES ALL OVER THE SALAD BAR. I MEAN ALOT OF FREAKIN FRUIT FLIES. THE DIPPING SAUSE WAS COLD, THE PIZZA WAS DRY AND SOME ITEMS WERE UNDER COOKED.. ME AND MY FAMILY DIDNT TAKE A BITE OF THAT AWFUL DISGUSTING MESS. WE GOT OUT MONEY BACK AND WENT TO PIZZA HUTT... I WILL NEVER ENTER THAT CICIS IN NORFOLK EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Great food, friendly staff and playing music with a message. Mark is doing a great job with his staff. I think i ate enough of the new pizza inspired by wings you could fly me in the macys day parade so full e nd so happy, cant wait to come back. Special order pizza was awesome too if you are going order one large pizza for the house why not take the family out for some great pizza

Took my family here today and was very pleased with the friendly staff. I was promptly greeted at the door! The manager (Daniel) was very attentive and shown genuine concern for our satisfaction. The pizza is a hit or miss, all depends on who is cooking that day but its not a gourmet restaurant. I will still come here simply because the atmosphere is so welcome. You cant beat that!!

Dirty tables food overcooked employees hanging out in the dining area manager had no customer service skills whatsoever. At one point some of the employees and the manager were outside the restaurant and there was a customer waiting to be helped. I hope that someone reaches out about this situation. I do not plan on bringing my family back here...
