First of all our waitress had no idea what she was doing.. then she screwed up our drink order .. never offered us soup and salad or bread stick finally after saying something ahe brought it out .. no salad dressing on the salad ao we had to ask for more she completely forgot after all that we needed too leave so as i was getting ready to pay i split the check on the thing on the table after i paid my friend realized she had charged her for something we never got . So she had to redo then entire bill which means i had to pay again .. so she told me my money would be back in my account immediately. . Which im currently waiting for still. .. then i came back in after i realized that and the manager told me the same thing. Very disappointed. .

So far on this visit, after being seated I did not see any wait staff for 8 minutes. My waitress passed by me many times and finally asked, "Has anyone helped you?" Unmmm...Im at your table. You should know. After ordering and being served, I was waiting on a drink refill. Again...she passed by a couple times to the "register" station. A totally random waiter stopped and asked if I would like a refill. Not sure if this is an isolated incident or not. Btw...its just me. I dont have a large party with me. Dinner isnt even over yet. Hope it improves.

First time at Olive Garden last night. Ordered to go and it was the most horrendous food experience Ive had in my life! Everything was lukewarm even though we stayed right across the road. The fettuccine Alfredo was grainy and tasted like feet, the cheese ravioli tasted nothing but cheap marinara sauce. In Sweden this quality of food would be regarded as unsuitable for humans. Since it was my first time there I cant speak for the quality at other locations but Im certainly not going to try it again. Staff was nice though.

The service was extremely slow!! We walked in at 7:15 and we finally payed out at 9:15pm. The checks were not correct. The server apologized over and over again for long ticket times. The manager came by and dropped off our food and apologized but really did nothing to make sure that we were satistfied. It would have been nice to at least received a discount since we waited so long and spent at least 70 dollars combined. Im not impressed with this location. I will not come back here again.

I wanted it to be a special occasion for my date and me, but our night was ruined outright by rude staff that just didn’t seem at all interested in helping us, cold food, and inability to bring out refills or food in any sort of timely manner. I called ahead to try to make tonight special but was greeted after many rings by a very uncooperative lady that clearly wanted nothing to do with me. I would not recommend at all!

It is always hit or miss at any place you go. I have had good experiences here and bad ones on occasion. Tonights service and food turned out just right. Plus it is my birthday so the restaurant gods were extra nice tonight, lol. Just remember, if you have something wrong with your service or your meal just ask for a manager and they will take care of you and make it up to you or correct whatever is wrong.

Fake "Italian" is on the menu. Your non-existent Tuscan Cooking school is nothing more than a PR stunt to fool the uneducated into thinking this place is the real deal. Atmosphere is boring and dull. Food is poorly prepared, slow to arrive and not worth a quarter of the price for which it is sold for. Italian Americans such as myself are ashamed of the way our culture is mainstreamed and degraded.

We had a wonderful experience! Our server, Jade, was absolutely phenomenal! She was very attentive to our table; we didnt have to ask for anything. She was kind, respectful, and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and we got a great deal - 2+ meals (buy one/take one deal), for $12.99/person! We highly recommend the Wyomissing Olive Garden, and request Jades table/section!

I can never really complain about the food here bc I know exactly what Im getting before going. this visit my server was very intense, she stood at our table for 5min telling us about all the new social they had right after we had sat down and then she left and head another server take over in the middle of the meal. it just wasnt as nice or relaxing of a sit down lunch.

no quality, service is always bad. You pay to much for not that good of food. Meal was out, no bread. Always happens, yet the people at the other table that came in after us got bread before us, we were still waiting on ours and our meal. BAD sevice. No excuse for this. Food was not that great anyway. Would not go back again, three strikes, your out !!

Terrible service. We waited 10 minutes just for someone to come take our drink order. Which would have been understandable if they were busy. It was after another couple was seated at the table directly next to us, and received service for their order almost immediately after they were seated, that was when we decided we were not going to be staying.

What was supposed to be a nice first date turned out terrible. I ordered salad and shrimp with pasta and my girlfriend ordered beef with spinach, which was made in record time causing food poison. The place is terrible Ive never been so sick. I ended up going to the hospital due to food poisoning. My girlfriend also got very sick.

Its usually great everytime I go there the food is never terrible but sometimes the service is. Last time I went I got both my appetizer and my food before we got our drinks and I had to ask the gentleman who brought out our food to bring us some drinks which he kindly did. other than that one time I loved it every single time

Stoped here to get a bite to eat before a concert in Reading. Waitress was very pn top of things, always had us new drinks when ares where just about empty and made sure we had everything and that the food was good. Didnt ask us a million times like some places and didnt leave us to fend on our own. Very nice place.

Well 1st off our waiter never afford us any wine it took him forever with the salad nd breadsticks then we ordered our food the waiter got one wrong order so we had to wait again everyone is already done but her Because her food was worng but the manager came and fixes it for her other wise than that it was good

First time to this olive garden and by far the best visit I had with a Darden chain. Food was excellent, service was phenomenal, and the ambiance was very pleasant. Thank you to the staff here for making my visit and my family a great one during my aunts birthday. Tyree I will have to say is extraordinary!

There was a minor issue with the presentation of my soup and the cleanliness of the bowl. However the manager immediately & professionally fixed the problem. That soup should have never cleared the pass & the waiter should have never served it but the resolution counts for something so good job there.
