The worst service ever had at any waffle house. Every table was dirty, we had to sit at the bar right in front of the dish washing station, which is horrible placement, water kept splashing up on our food. Every employee (with the exception of jimill) was lazy and on their phones the entire time. The cook WITH HIS GLOVE ON was texting ... our waitress put our fold down, didnt say anything, walked away and sat down, did not speak to us once, did not ask if our food was okay, if we wanted to order anything else. Jimill had to ask us if we wanted refills and our waitress actually made us walk over to her to get our bill, she sat her butt down the ENTIRE TIME ON HER PHONE. while the kitchen and tables were still filthy. This place needs new management, new policy, and new employees . Except jimill, he was doing his job the entire time. I recommend anyone drive the extra distance to another waffle house, it will be worth it.

Cook didnt wash hands after restroom visit! I walked in the restaurant and went directly to the restroom. The door said occupied, so I waited. I hear the toilet flush and out comes an older male employee zipping up his fly. It struck me odd that I didnt hear the sink, so I check it out. To my astonishment its dry. When I wash my hands and exit the restroom, I immediately see him preparing someones eggs and then with his bare hands, placed 4 slices of toast into the toaster. WTF? Cook, you may think youre disease free, but I sure you that no one wants what youre serving. Nasty. I dont care if you try to argue that you were just using the mirror, etc... youre required to wash your hands after a bathroom break. Hes exited the restaurant. I see him outside smoking and playing with his belt buckle. It goes without saying that Ill never eat here again. Fire this guy today!!! 10/29/2014 8AM

How can one NOT love thee waffle house? I mean seriously? Southern staple. Your belly will leave happy and full, your pockets will not be empty. Small on the inside, PACKED on the weekends. You will wait. Food is plentiful and good. I had one of the breakfast sandwiches, they will do just about anything that you ask. Make sure you get your potatoes with the toppings or ALL the WAY!! Haaayy! The him got the all star special which comes with toast, waffles, a meat, eggs, and he added grits. Best deal ever! Make your own blame sammich AND have a waffle too?! Winner. Despite other reviews, the service was great, they cleaned up before we sat down, and were accommodating with request. No complaints. Whenever Im in town, Ill return.

Literally sat there waiting for 39 minutes for my order , got up and asked the host about my order and he said they were going to check into it. The woman that took our order looking around trying to find the ticket asking around and no one knows, they ask her how long we had been waiting, and she says "I dont know," when she obviously knew we were waiting for some time , thats why she was panicking, come to find out, they found the ticket and hadnt even placed or started our order. I got my money back and left I was mad , I was hungry.

My first time at a waffle house and it was great! I heard a lot of bad stuff about waffle house but when I walked into this one everyone greeted us with a big "good mornin!" (7 A.M) and I immediately felt it was gonna be great. Our server greeted us almost immediately as we sat down, and her service was awesome. The food came out within 10 minutes and it tasted great too. We were in and out in about half an hour. If youre questioning checking out waffle house, dont be at this location!

OMG!!!! This Waffle House is Ammmmmmazing with a capital A....the moment I walked in someone opened the door for me and while I was waiting the waitress took it a step further by taking my order while I was waiting to be seated. Every member of the team was kind and professional, they truly made me feel welcome since I am from out of town. To be honest some of the best customer service I have seen in a very long time...two thumbs up Waffle House 1992!

I would have gave 4 stars of you could sub one item for a equal or lesser item. You guys should get with the trend!! The scrambled eggs and cheese was AMAZING. I enjoyed every bite. The menu is a little miss leading, it will give you the impression you are receiving more than what you actually receive. Overall I had a decent experience. I would stop someone else from going to this place. I do belive you guys should step it up a little!

The service was quick and polite. I was there around 3 am and as per usual, Waffle House did not disappoint. The hash browns were perfect as always. Honestly, best thing on the menu. I do think their prices have gone up but at least my hash browns are still cheap. I will be back, likely at times that other restaurants are closed (how dare they).

No hand washing after playing with cellphone go right up got a napkin and dirty utensils Then manager delivered my meal and didnt tell me ...food cold, waitress came back to my table until i finish meal ate very little of my cold food 8:30am .I wrote a note on my ticket #20 and cashier never read it.....not happy with meal

Terrible tthe female worrking on night shift last night around 10:30 black hair bunch piercing one was flirting with my kids dad the entire time and I had 66.17 left on my debit card my total at waffle House was 22.80 .....I WAS LEFT WITH 33 DOLLARS WHERE DID THE REMAINING GO ! I wanted to do a to-go order but when someone picked up they told me to hold and I was waiting until I decided to hang up. When I tried calling back the line was busy. This isnt my first bad experience here smh I hate this waffle House they dont even deserve 1 star!

I like the place but it loses money because it doesnt update their menu with more popular items such as french fries or turkey products. People are moving to a more health conscious diet. TURKEY BACON OR SAUSAGE should be added. Why wont the manager listen?

No Senior menu, cant eat off child menu if youre over 10, I have stomach problems and cant eat lot at 1 time. Manager wouldnt let me order kids. So my travel favorites were shot down. Just had hash browns sad sad. No more WH
