We got 3 cheeseburgers & a large fry to share. Part way thru the fry, we found a DEAD BUG!! My daughter threw up and I felt sick to my stomach. We went back, bug in tow in the remaining fries, and as well as the final cheeseburger (which was for someone who - thankfully - wasnt there!). Told the manager the story in a soft voice, as to be courteous of the others eating and asked for a refund. He only refunded the cheeseburger & fries that were returned! Are you kidding me!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I HOPE NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER!!! HEALTH HAZARD!!!

Dont EVER place an order over the phone. This place cant ever get it right. They cant even get your name right when you spell it out to them. Then when you confront them about it at the counter, the counter person says they dont know how to do a credit refund and reorder. They lack in attention to detail when receiving an order, also should know their way around a cash register if they intend to stand behind one.

Everything was good and tasty like usual but I was very disappointed when we got home. I ordered a large fry and they always overfill the container and dump a good portion in the bag. Not this time! The container was barely full and I dont think the two handfuls of fries equals almost 6 dollars!!!

A wonderful place for lunch; good can be unhealthy, but it is delicious. A quick tip on ordering fries: a SMALL fry is big enough for 2-3 people. Make sure to check the bottom of the bag for some extra fries

Fries are awesome (they serve fresh-cut boardwalk fries). Burgers are meh. Very bland. Im baffled at how they supposedly won national awards for them!
