Let me just start by saying that if I could give this establishment a negative star review I would!! My husband and I went here for our five year wedding anniversary (6-10-17). The whole experience was really quite a shame! We did not have to wait any lenghty amounts of time for anything and the servers were nice, however the issue that I have is much worse! To start the entire $80 meal was increbibly flavorless from the appetizers to the desert!! This is really disappointing to me because we have never had any issues with a Cheesecake factory in the past and really quite enjoyed it! For our appetizers we ordered fried mozzarella (triangles of fried cheese) and stuffed mushrooms (completely disgusting). For our main meals my husband ordered the chicken fettucini alfredo and I ordered shrimp over angel hair. The way my meal was described in the menu was nothing at all like what I recieved on my plate. I mean sure there was shrimp over angel hair with sauce was all there, but the flavors that were described were missing, not even salt could fix this disaster. My husband was also very disappointed with his meal. Then came the cheesecake, it was nothing special and also very bland. After we reluctantly ate all this food we paid our $80 bill and left. After about an hour, I became incredibly naucious and ended up throwing up my entire meal, now I cannot pinpoint which part of this awful meal did this to me but the fact of the matter is, that if this restaurant is going to charge the kind of prices that they do, the customers should not walk away food poisoning! Needless to say due to me being ill the entire rest of the day, this meal completely ruined my 5 year anniversary and I will never get that back!! I will NEVER eat at any cheesecake factory ever again! And to whomever you all that works for the cheesecake factory please DO NOT bother responding to this review unless you plan on refunding me and my husband our money for this great disappointment of a day!!

Was just there for fathers day with my mother and father, keep in mind, it was not busy at all at this time, the food took a long time which in itself isnt too much of an issue but the food was quite gross, my dads meal came with flat out cold shrimp... not luke warm... cold, the server nuked it and returned it. the server was polite but overall seemed checked out and uninterested, my orange chicken was EXTREMELY tough and took a good bit of effort to even chew, the rice was was the same way(hard and overcooked) and the entire thing was room temperature at best, moms food was ok, considering my meal (the cheapest) was 16-17 dollars, this was disappointing, i have had better chicken at just about every Chinese restaurant in the area for much less money, i have had great meals here in the past but this location seems to either be poorly managed, staffed, or suffers from a money grubbing corporate office squeezing every last penny out of the store at the cost of quality like many other chain restaurants, i will not return and recommend that you dont either until they figure out why theyre charging 16 dollars for a garbage plate of food, go somewhere worth your time and money

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM, "Hello just the two :of you" For starters the hostess was rude and irritated when we asked for a booth seat.. Gave us over to another Hostes (not any better)... Then I ordered Orange Chicken over Rice.. Chicken was burnt, more breading than chicken.. Chicken was hard and lukewarm.. Rice was hard and cold... They scraped the bottom of the pot and included the burnt rice too... He ordered Shrimp and Sausage over pasta.... Server said, "excellent choice my favorite.." well... what he got was 2 pieces of shrimp and 1 piece of sausage.. if there is a positive side the sauce was ok... Not ever coming back to this location (Ross Park Mall)... also... The mens bathroom was dirty and a mess.. oh and we never received any napkins, but... we used the ones that the complimentary bread came on... Sad because I love The Cheesecake Factory... Crocker Park and Westlake Ohio locations from now on.... Now those are excellent choices

Oh my where do I start..... I have been to this location a handful of times with family & friends. I would defiantly have to start with the waiters/waitresses. They are far from knowledgeable about the food they offer, & I can totally understand someone getting frustrated , but its your job so its totally unacceptable. Whether its busy or slow its super unprofessional to act in such a manner. You know what you are getting into when working for a restaurant. Like many people would say "leave it at the door". I stopped going a year ago, & will never be back. The food isnt really that worth it either. Its either rushed and comes out cold or takes forever then the order gets messed up. I would avoid it. Many other restaurants out there that may be more expensive or even cheaper for actual genuine food, not frozen food.

So went to Cheesecake Factory today. I can say this never again. We got to the restaurant around 2:15 and didnt leave until after 5. We were told 20 min to a half hr wait and it took over an hr. So then we wait to actually be seated, then we wait for a waiter. Then we wait for food. Our food was definitely NOT worth the wait. I ordered the beef medallions which was 3 tiny peices of steak with a few vegetables slathered in some gross looking grease. My husbands NY strip was over cooked, rubbery and gross. Never again. What a waste of a WHOLE SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AND THE $$. Couldve went to another way better place to eat that costs about the same. I was furious.

Im really not sure why this place always gets so busy. Its good, but I wouldnt say its worthy of hour long waits on a daily basis. The menu is huge so youll definitely find something youll like. Meal prices are on the higher side but they are well-justified with good portions. Waitstaff is not only friendly but they are actually eager to interact with the diners. I dont like cheesecake, but Ive heard on many occasions that its delicious and that there are many flavors to choose from. Since this restaurant is part of the thriving Ross Park mall so youll have to deal with mall parking, which is really bad on weekends.

Absolutely HORRIBLE hostesses. Just a bit of advice... if you want to talk about a customer wait until they cant hear you or read your lips. They were rude. I called ahead asking if it would be busy, they said it shouldnt a problem. When we arrived it would take 2 hours for a table. My father in law went in, and asked for two tables split and they were able to seat us IMMEDIATELY. We sat down at the table around 6:45 and ordered the food around 6:50. My son got his food at 7:40. There were several tables that sat before us and were served. We did not receive our food until 8:00.

Ordered the Southern Fried Catfish. What I received was burnt and had been sitting under a heat lamp so long that the plate couldnt be touched with bare skin. That alone couldve been forgivable. Instead, it took half an hour for a replacement plate to come out, and it was somehow worse: slimy, mushy fish that tasted like plastic coated in batter that closely resembled the contents of an ashtray. After that all the staff offered was a chance to order something else, while the rest of my party had already finished eating. All in all, it was a miserable experience.
