Mediocre service and food from this location. Food didnt appear the freshest (the spinach looked old, mashed potatoes were dry and the sweet potato casserole had no topping even though 3/4 of the pan was left). Customer service didnt seem genuine. McDonalds is next door but I expect better from Boston Market for quality and freshness. Now to my experience, prior to ordering food, an associate dragged a dirty trash bag from the kitchen through dining area to go outside. To say the least the bag leaked and left an awful smell. Upon returning from outside the associate put a wet floor sign near the spills but neither she nor any of the other 5 employees bothered to clean the mess. Prior to leaving I did see a different associate begin cleaning the kitchen/serving area, so hopefully the dining room was next.

I just left for the second time. The cutter was rude n disresptful. I told him to not cut my whole chicken up. Got home had all dark meat. Went back. Retarded looking sarcastic manager gave me my white meat with a wing missing. I just wanted to leave a comment. Dont want to give one star. Well when the people whos running the cities dont care the people they hire dont care. Broward county truly sucks now. Hate I born in it. I feel like im in a foreign land. Im a pray God close it down or replace workers with people who truly wants to work. With a telephone number that has666 in it. U know they worship darkness. But im a 777 over them

It seems like only the head cook is interested in getting customers out, every time I visit this place it feels like Detention can wait to leave. To whoever is the district manager is you need to visit a Boston Markets in California to see how run one, at this locations customers come in wait for awhile then leave. Your workers are not focused on doing the job Service sucks, but the food is good. Please work on fixing this problem if you want more customers and consistent ones....

Rude, dirty and unpleasant staff. Period. Aventura location is much better and more professional. Ive tried calling the Hollywood location and they do not even answer the phone. They should have someone answering and returning calls back to the customers during the week of Thanksgiving. Ive been inside and witnessed them not answering the phone and using rude language among staff.

My family and I stopped into the Boston Market for lunch. We had just finished a 30 hr drive from Traverse City, Mi. We were tired, cranky, dirty and hungry. We were greeted outside by Hector. He took amazingly good care of us and was very helpful with tips on getting to the Keys. Thank you, Hector. You are very good at your job.

BEST OF THE BEST BECAUSE THE CHICKEN IS THE TASTIEST AND THE SERVICE IS AMAZING FAST AND FRIENDLY. They need to fire every person in that restaurant. The so called manager by the name of Alejandro has no clue what his staff is doing. Dont know his duties and his boss hector is to blame for! I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru & they completely ignored me and never came to the window to assist me.

Ive recently tried online ordering and was very delighted with the speed and quality. Price for a meal large enough to feed two adults and two children was very affordable making it hard to choose fast food burger establishments over this for any reason.

Boston Market does chicken better than most. Love the choice of sides and prices are great. This location is fairly quick, even though they are usually busy. Save the receipt for good deals when you come back on the following week-end....
