A few years ago, I had a close encounter with an extraterrestrial. Whether or not you believe me isnt important, because I know that it happened. You might even say it was the most real experience Ive ever had. He was from the Andromeda galaxy, which is the galaxy closest to ours. Still, the distances hed traveled were beyond comprehension. He assured me that, while it may seem that way right now, humanity is on the verge of unlocking the secrets of space travel for ourselves. I sat with this spaceman for many hours, and he told me of his journeys through nebulae and star systems. He told me of a great intergalactic war thats been going on since before we even discovered fire. At one point, we got a little peckish, and he asked me if I could provide him with any Earth sustenance. Immediately, my mind went to Vocelli Pizza. I walked up the street to the Mt. Royal location and picked up a large pepperoni and banana pepper pizza, and I brought it back to the spacemans little ship and together we shared the most spectacular meal of our lives. The way the banana peppers tang meshed with the spicy pepperoni was truly out of this world, and when the night was over, we exchanged numbers and went on our way, but I will never forget the taste of Vocelli Pizza.

This review is for the Shaler (Mt. Royal) Vocelli Pizza. Horrible, horrible service. Ordered Pizza and 30 BBQ wings from them and they sent plain wings. Wings arent cheap. I called to tell them that I got plain wings, and they called me back saying theyll only send sauce to me. After what originally took an hour just to get the food (6:30pm by that time), I wasnt going to wait an hour just for sauce to eat the food. The guy, name was Dominic, proceeds to swear at me and yell profanities and continues threatening me. I told him fine Ill never order from them again, and he said he didnt care and then continued the yelling. Anyway, from that, Im never ordering from them again, and Id advise you not to either. Because if they screw up the order, its on you. Go elsewhere. Theres always Pizza Hut, Demores, or the dozen other pizza shops around that wont treat you like crap and are much better.

I ordered a pizza from Vocellis online. I noticed that it was an hour since I ordered so I called my boyfriend to see if they called him instead of me. The driver did, but he gave him my cell phone number to call me. Well the driver never called me nor rang the door bell. I called the store and was yelled at by the person that answered the phone (he did not tell me his name). He stated the driver waited 15 minutes. I let him know that I never heard the driver ring the door bell. He said they could MAYBE give me a new pizza in 2-3 hours. I asked him for a refund since I did not want another pizza since I had to wait so long and because of his attitude. I asked him for a refund and then he hung up on me. I have always liked pizza from vocellis, but now I will be going somewhere else.

Considering theyre a chain pizza place, I think their pizza stands up well against local pizzarias. It has enough flavor without being overbearing. Coupons are easy to come by as well. You can get either pickup or delivery. Theres no dine in. Service can be either good or bad with an equal chance of either one happening.

I put my order in at 5:15 and got it at 6 then they forgot my 2 liter of Pepsi and said they would go get it and they never came and so I called and the guy said he would have it to me asap and that was at 6:22 and it is now 7:00 and still no Pepsi what is going on there. I paid $3 for a drink and I never got it...

Awful experience here. The delivery guy dropped our pizza when it was in the box and delivered it to us in a complete sloppy mess. They also forgot a calzone we ordered. Owner did nothing to make it right. Stay away from this terrible place.

This Vocelli Pizza refused to accept valid coupons from a local magazine. We were forced to go to a Vocelli Pizza much further away. We will never go there again.

Its a perfectly normal Vocelli from the chain that was Pizza Outlet. All the pizzas weve received were of good quality.
