This place is ridiculous. I had 20 minutes of my lunch to spare and I work nearby, so I decided to get a small fries. They took my order quick, but the wait was horrible for a small fries. Not only that but other people that had a higher number than my order number got their fries before me! One couple waiting only 2 minutes and got their small fries right away and they had a higher order number than mine! I complained 2 times and had to threaten to get my money back before they gave me some fries and well… I got a handful of fries. No other fries fallen out of the cup in the bag! I was so upset I just walked out. Never going back there again!!!

Horrible customer service. Stood in the pick up area for 10 minutes without being acknowledged until I asked a question and thats when the bad experience started. Got attitude from one of the employees for not able to hear him clearly with all the noise around me. Then I got blamed for not speaking up or saying anything. I love these burgers Im just glad I dont have to come to this restaurant for it.

Good fresh burgers and fries. I went there today and ordered a big ($40) order online but got held up at the bank and was half hour late picking it up. The manager was more than willing to remake all the food so it was fresh for me. That is good customer service and he made me a very satisfied customer and earned this 5 star review!

Granted I ordered a grilled cheese at a burger place but still... Ordered extra tomato, 2 slices on half the sandwich. Othe half was empty and the guy couldnt even put the bun right side up... Dumped the delicious fries in the bag.. My husbands burger was huge but wasnt the impressed..

Service and speed match most 5 Guys chains. They are bit disorganized during busier times but thats to be expected when there are 30 people waiting on food. No complaints at all. This is my go to spot for a burger I know will never disappoint!

Many times hed to drove back, because cashier simply cannot take orders! Always forget something or worst, ad extra toppings what I never asked ! The bunn is always so soggy dont even want to bite. Never go back again

Its a Five Guys. That means tasty burgers, huge quantities of food, and lots of grease. If youre by yourself and get fries and a drink, expect to pay ~$12. However their regular fries can easily be shared by 2 people.

Came looking for the bacon milkshake that I saw on the online menu and this location does not have them but the burger was still amazing. Dining room was very clean and the service was friendly and fast.
