If a district manager reads this - you need to visit this restaurant. Pizza Hut closed the two North Hills sites. They must be trying to go out of business. 40 minutes for a regular pizza ? No one answers the phone. One waitress for the whole place. How can you expect to stay in business ? Its not the waitresss fault but this place is old and lacks what it takes to run a restaurant. Noisy , small - no room to get around the salad bar, s l o w. You have to change your ways or get out of business.

Because of the "PIZZA HUT" in ETNA really SUCKING, My wife & i travel from SHALER up to HAMPTON to pick-up our order! We DONT MIND the drive bc this "PIZZA HUT" does a GREAT JOB w/ our pizza. The Staff tho could be a little more friendly!! However, As long as the pizzas CONTINUE to be DELICIOUS, Well continue to travel a lil distance for TASTY PIES!!

Ive had both good and bad service here - but mostly good. I dont know if they still do it, but I always enjoyed their Wednesday night dinner buffets (this store was never as busy as the former McKnight Rd location). Sit down and take out service are both provided and Im sure they do delivery, even though Ive never got delivery from here.

This is one of the worst Pizza Huts when it come to delivery. Each time I order from them they are 20-40 minutes late. Drivers are always super nice, maybe under staffed. However the problems do not stop there, the order is either messed up completely or something is forgotten. Four chances is enough for me, I will not be ordering again.

Best pizza hut sit down. Really like staff. Breadsticks are really great. Stuffed crust changes a bit from really good to paper thin. I can still only count my disappointments over 10 years on both hands. Wings are great. Garlic butter is best anywhere. Favorite order:. Stuffed Crust, well done, double pepperoni, 3 garlic sauce.

Booooooo. Fryer is always down. Never can get som freaking wings when you go here! Customer service SUCKS. Food is OK. this place is BUT. Needs new management and a whole new crew! Dont waste your time or money here! Absolutely SAD!! Bad thing is im a pizza hut lover makes me mad i have to write a bad review.

Staff was so friendly!! Pizza accidentally got burned and they replaced it quickly and let us keep good half of other and gave us a discount!! Definitely recommend!!
