Three friends and I went for dinner tuesday evening, around 6:30. Our waitress came to our table a maximum of ~5 times. My food came out much sooner than the others, in about 15 mins. The rest of the food comes out (around 7:30) and two of the other 3 orders are wrong. One of the orders was completely incorrect, and the other lacked when compared to what the menu describes. It wasnt until 8:00 that the correct food was brought out. By this time, two of us have already been done eating for an hour; The other two are just beginning their meal, after waiting for more than an hour. We finally get the bill around 8:30, and we are all shocked to see that no discount was applied. After speaking with the manager, all that he could offer us was 20% off of the incorrect orders, resulting in a total of $6 off: unacceptable. Whether it be before or after receiving our food, we all had to wait for over an hour during our meal. We paid $50 to sit in a booth for 2 hours. We could also hear surrounding tables that were displeased with their food/service. All in all, the food is not that bad, however service is absolutely terrible. This is not the first time ive had an experience like this at this location. Consistently shoddy service will keep me from returning in the future.

Worst TGI Fridays experience ever. Arrived at TGI Fridays on a Saturday around 12:30 pm. The restaurant wasnt that busy and there were open tables but we still had to wait. My wife ordered a burger and I choose the 10 $ endless appetizers.... what a mistake. First it took forever to have the appetizers come out. My wife already had her Burger while my appetizer still were somewhere in the kitchen. Once I received my appetizer ( I ordered 2 but only 1 came out) the flatbread was luke warm. I decided to tell the waitress that my appetizer is not hot and I also reminded her that I am still waiting for my boneless wings. Well 15 min later the "new" appetizers came out and again both appetizers are just warm (you would think that boneless wings coming out a fryer are hot). I called for the manager and he apologized but the best thing is yet to come. When the waitress came to the table she apologized about the appetizer and then said next time dont order the appetizers order a burger. Really???? WTF Never go back to this location. Horrible.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, delicious food! Im a server, so I tend to be a bit harsher a judge, when eating out. I notice more than others would and look for things, that those who dont work in the food service industry, dont necessarily catch. I went in with my sister and a young gentleman who was done working, waiting for his ride, went ahead and seated us ans went to get a server, bcuz others were busy. He didnt have to do that seeing as he was off the clock. Our server was amazing and helpful, had good knowledge of the menu and drinks, was willing to go that extra mile to accommodate her guests. They werent busy but that did not affect our service at all, some times when its slow, service can be 100× worse than if it were busy. That wasnt the case here and I was very pleased... it was a great end to a fun day with my sister!! Thank you TGI Fridays for your great service and even better food!

We had a very unpleasant time during our last visit, here are few reasons: 1) Drinking water tested so awful , we checked the lemons in the water it was Ruined, then we order big appetizer, waited almost 30 minutes they brought the dinner, I asked the waitress where is the appetizer, she told me she forgot, thats it, no apology, no nothing we told her we dont want it anymore, she just said ok, the food was cold , and if you ever been in Tgif you saw the size of the food and noticed how little it is, they trying to say the quality of their food justify the price, their food is most expensive in those kind of chained restaurants, with $85 we paid for family of 4 with no appetizer and drinks and poor service we could go to a lot better one,

So disappointed tonight! We were looking forward to the all you can eat apps and were told it just ended, then my favorite side salad, the wedge is no longer offered strike two. My husbands beer comes out flat, I order a kids meal with two sides for my 2 yr old and instead of the waitress clarifying that it only comes with one side she charges me $3 for a fruit cup, and brings the kids meal out with our regular food rather then the appetizer.... Its not easy keeping a toddler occupied that long without food at a restaurant. Worst part is I leave the leftovers behind including the $3 fruit cup he didnt touch. The service wasnt bad, the food wasnt bad, but the overall experience was so disappointing that I have no desire to ever go back.

My son, daughter-in-law and myself stopped for dinner.. The drinks came out right away, but the food took forever.. When it did come, our fries were barely even warm, and my sons burger (which was ordered as medium rare) came out RAW.. My DIL asked to see the manager but the bartender tried to intervene. When the manager arrived at the table, he continually apologized and picked up the check.. I wouldve given one star, but John, the manager, was outstanding. He gave no attitude or fake excuses for what happened. He handled the situation professionally.

I went there today for dinner with one other friend I purchased potato skins for the all you can eat appetizer my other friend was offered one from me and did not eat it but I had gotten charged $21 for them saying that she ate it when it was clearly still on the plate, terrible customer service would not recommend going. The manager even had the audacity to tell me I was a liar when the potato skin that I offered my friend was still sitting on the plate so I had gotten charged another $10 for something someone didnt even eat.

I used to love TGI Fridays. My Fiancé and I used to go there all the time. We havent been there in a long time so we decided to go recently. I dont know what happened, if new owners took over or what but my Fiancé ordered his favorite appetizer, the potato skins and when they came out, it looked like some old, deep fried weird potato. Our meals werent that bad, but I didnt feel too good later after I had eaten there. I dont think Ill ever go back again. Its a shame, we had some good memories there.

This place sucks, Ive been here for 45 mins and the apps is not even out yet, my fiancé ordered one of there " special summer Drinks" it tast like S**T, it looked like someone just dumped sour juice topped off with some pineapple Juice, it was disgusting it I took one sip and its been 35 mins and I still taste the sourness in my mouth, Our apps was very easy and there is maybe 2 other couple here its 11:15pm and still nothing, un frikin believable.. THIS PLACE SUCK ASS

The service was very slow. There where four people in my party. It was not very busy. We had to ask for the salads that we ordered. I not been there for a long time. The prices have doubled. I ordered the Southwest club it contained one sliver of avocado. Very dissapointing. We ordered the brownie dessert it took 20 minutes to arrive at the to the table. I will not be returning.
