Worst take out experience ever! First, dont order online. The staff at Cranberry Smokey Bones doesnt seem to be able to manage the online ordering system. Second, any 20% coupon you may have received for take out for the Memorial Day weekend is only good if you walk into the restaurant and place your oder. If you order online, forget about any coupon or discount. It just cant happen, according to Kaitlyn at Smokey Bones. The coupon will not specify that you need to order in person, so BEWARE! Second, they didnt get the order right, and I had to wait while they fixed it. Third, I waited 55 MINUTES for the take out order!! Two salads and two sides shouldnt take that long!! The restaurant wasnt full, there were lots of empty tables and empty seats at the bar, so one can only assume the kitchen management was having a very bad day. My advice is go elsewhere. Cranberry is packed full of very good restaurants, so please consider going elsewhere. Im very disappointed to write that we will not revisit Smokey Bones in Cranberry Township again. The food is actually pretty good.

There were 3 of us dining here for supper. We were seated within 3 or 4 minutes after we walked in the door. There were 5 other tables dining, when we were seated & had our meals. Our male server was ok in the beginning, but he forgot to bring me some lemon for my water, though he had it for my Mom. Our meals were served & we each ordered meals that included garlic bread. I didnt get any with my meal & the server only came to check on us about 2 minutes after we got our meals. We had not even had time to try everything, so we thought that he would come back. He didnt, until we were finished & needed boxes for our meals that we couldnt finish. When we mentioned about my garlic bread, he said he would get .me some to take home. The piece that he brought out for me was the smallest that Ive ever seen...

Went on a Friday night, between 6:30-7. Not surprised there was a wait, but we saw enough chairs at the bar, so we decided to go sit there instead of wait. In the bar, there were several tables open so my husband went and asked the hostess and manager if those were first come first serve tables, or part of the hostess seating chart. They said no, you cant use those, we are. Ok, no problem. Except they didnt seat anyone at those tables for at least a half an hour. Thanks a lot. Instead we sat side by side at the bar, unable to hold group conversations. The bar service wasnt bad, but the wait for food was longer than it should have been. Food was okay but nothing to write home about. Not sure what the problem was, but all combined that was enough to make me say I wont be coming back anytime soon.

As good a place to eat smoked meat as any in the Cranberry-Mars area! Their pulled pork and brisket are excellent and the ribs as as good as it gets... Another plus is that they have on the table a variety of barbeque sauces, five, if I recall correctly, Chipotle, Kansas City, Carolina and a couple others. The only issue in my mind is that their sides are rather small, particularly the baked beans, roasted corn, fried apples and cole slaw; some people do like vegetables! It would be nice to have a portion that was more than 3-4 bites. Their house beer is OK and there is a wide variety on tap and in bottles.

Generally, I dont leave reviews, however this place gave me a blast from the past of my school cafeteria years. The food was not good and the portion size was very small. The host gave us a high table. I politely asked for a booth, but he said there were no available booths. However, there were plenty of open booths but we sat at the table anyway. The next three couples he sat down got booths. The server we had was very kind and did her job well. Unfortunately the kitchen sent out less than par food. The beer was good though.

Today was my 3rd time at this Smokey Bones location, and every experience has been positive. The food is ALWAYS delicious, and, contrary to what some other reviewers have mentioned, I think the portion sizes are a good value for price paid. Nicole was our server, today, and she was fantastic. She paid just the right amount of attention to our needs, and kept my glass full, which is always a plus! The only thing holding me back from rating a 5 is that I cannot order beef brisket for lunch.

bartender couldnt make a margarita. Kitchen doesnt know their own menu. Way too much money for four wings, four ribs and nasty Cole slaw. Server was good, obviously plenty of experience returning bad food and drinks. AND DONT TOUCH THE KIOSK! You will be charged for entertainment. I will order carryout ribs, they are very good. Manager was gracious and made our visit pleasant enough to return.

Smokey Bones in Cranberry was the absolute best Smokey Bones I have ever had the pleasure to feast at. I recommend that any family looking to feed their cubs should go to Smokey Bones in Cranberry. Seriously. Amazing. No words can explain the magnificent service and most importantly the amazing food I was served. My cubs and I really enjoyed our time.

Cant rate the food. We waited for about fifteen minutes, and never had even our drink order taken. Several servers and someone that looked like a manager walked by or glanced at our table multiple times, but none stopped to check on us.

Was pleasantly surprised when we first went here. Food is good and not expensive (Two entrees, soft drinks, a shared appetizer and shared dessert for less than $40). Hot Bag O Donuts is one of the best desserts Ive ever had anywhere.

Amazing time at Smokey Bones like usual Kate is superb at bartending and small talk. The best place to get food and drinks in Cranberry after 10pm great prices and they recently added 2 pool tables!!!! Late night deals from 10 to 2!!!

Not my favorite sauce or pork. Extremely tender but rib rub was overpowering and tasted like McCormicks. Service was great. Food wasnt bad. But there are a lot of other places i like better. Good for a change though.

Its definitely not the finest BBQ place around but it does the trick. Service is attentive and friendly, though we were there at a pretty slow time. Different sauces at the table that you can apply to your liking.

Food is pretty good. Went here on New Years eve so I ha e to believe that their A list staff wasnt working. My Salmon wasnt cooked all the way and the waitress was a bit clueless but they fixed everything.

I liked the variety of menu choices especially the flavors you can add to steak. My steak was cooked exactly as I asked. The server was attentive. We enjoyed shooting a game of pool.

Nice atmosphere, clean and well lit. The ribs we had here were good but not memorable. I think the food here was better a year ago on my last visit. Plenty of parking.
