This place has many issues. But first, I will say that any time Ive been there, each employee is very nice. Now, I dont know who runs this place but that person has issues. Seems like they are always out of something. Multiple times out of Root Beer or fries. The root beer part bothers me because even if you are out, go to the Big Lots or Walmart right next to you and buy your own brand to supply your store with temporarily. Dont just say "were out." And please tell me why you are the only A&W that doesnt sell the A&W onion rings (my little rant). Also, in most cases, anytime you go, pray that there is nobody in front of you in the drive-thru. If so, and more than 1 person, be prepared to spend between 15 & 30 minutes sitting there. I dont know why they are that slow. It is the same inside also. The building is not very well kept either, inside and out. It needs repairs all around. I believe the only reason why they stay above water is because, unfortunately, in this area of Pittsburgh, they are the only one around for miles. This place works, as long as you have patience.
