You know whats sad?...I really like their subs but when I ask for extra pickles on the side and I get none at all, that really annoys me because thats my favorite part of getting a sub from you guys. This has happened multiple times when I order for delivery. Im always willing to wait longer than the delivery time given for a half-soggy sub (that Ive NEVER complained about), just to look forward to the extra pickles on the side. And when the delivery person finally shows up, NO PICKLES. You see how easy it is to lose a customer over something as simple as grabbing a few pickle spears and putting them in a bag? CUSTOMER SERVICE! Next time you send your district managers or whoever else to coach the employees while theyre serving customers, teach them that!!!

Fonso and crew are Rude, this is the last time I eat here. I really like firehouse subs too but last time I visit this location. Got my order wrong and would not accept an email promo code coupon(which was the reason I came in today) Every time I have visited this location they mess something up with my order. Would not recommend this place anyone. Eat here once and you will understand.

I asked the manager politely if they would be willing to reheat a sub that was pre-ordered traffic was heavy and I got there late she gave me hell about just reheating the sandwich.. to me that is not good customer service she did it anyway but she said thats not normally something we do

My experience from firehouse subs was horrible . The cashier customer service is straight up not professional . She rude and doesnt care to serve customers to the liking . People please save yourself the trouble in going to this location . I wish I could rate zero stars .

Incredible service and food. Everything was given to us on time, brought to the able, and the food was very tasty. They always help to make things speedy and easy. I will be eating here every week, or maybe every single day!

Sandwiches were ok. The folks at the counter were helpful because this was our first time there. It was early so everything was clean. The food was ok, nothing to write home about.

The sandwiches are good and the gentlemen there are nice. However, the service is slow. They take long to prepare the sandwiches and they tend to mess up a lot of the orders.
