I have my favorite sushi restaurant in the area (Mitaka). But I went here for the first time in awhile on a Sunday evening and the sushi was amazing. We got lots of Sushi Rolls and the Seafood Soup. My Spicy Tuna Roll was actually spicy and it was delicious. We also got to try free sushi (a special roll) they passed out to all the tables, equivalent to half of a roll, compliments of the chefs. Pros & Recommendations : Prices are normal and reasonable, Places is Clean with friendly staff, Try the Special Sushi Rolls and Seafood Soup (Loaded with Shrimp, Salmon, Tuna, Scallions etc.) Cons: Not many cons except the atmosphere is a bit cramped and the huge picture windows overlook busy Hwy 22. Bottom Line: One of the better Sushi places in the Harrisburg Area

Ive been to Miso several times and have never been disappointed. Their sushi is always fresh, and their udon noodles are savory and flavorful. Ive also had the tuna tataki which is rich in flavor yet not too heavy. My husband loves the Caribbean Roll. Such a unique blend of naturally sweet and savory flavors opened his eyes to the world of sushi! The last time I was here, I had the asparagus and smoked salmon roll. The best part about this roll was its simplicity. I was looking to have something light, yet with a deeper flavor, and the smoked salmon and asparagus hit the spot; The smokiness of the salmon coupled with the crunch of fresh asparagus was delightful!

I have been going to Miso since it opened and I have been there for both lunch and dinner. My favorite is the hot bowl (chirashi) type entree, where raw pieces of seafood are served, in a great sauce, over rice. The staff is amazingly pleasant and great to be around and the cooks are very jovial as well. Overall, I dont write a lot of reviews, but I felt it was appropriate to commend this place on excelling in every facet of the restaurant business. Also had sushi and appetizers at several occassions and they were premium. As good of a sushi place you will find in Harrisburg or central PA area.

I stumbled upon Miso by chance when my father and I were looking for a place to eat for my birthday. Since then Ive been back and I can truthfully say that it is very good. The atmosphere is good, the high ceilings add an ere of openness and the bright orange of the walls ensues a feeling of happiness while eating, the building also has a large amount of natural light. The staff is very kind and friendly, and the portion sizes are manageable.

Very good sushi, definitely my favorite sushi place in this area. Miso has some fun special rolls and some interesting appetizers. Their gyoza is really good and they are a BYOB. My friends and I go there regularly and sometimes we order ahead and pick up the food and take it to work when we work nightshift.

I go here frequently for lunch and I am very pleased with the cost and quality of the food. The sushi has been consistently good every time. There is a good selection of lunch specials from which to choose which are reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and does a very good job.

Tough parking access but well worth the effort. Consistently the best sushi experience around town. The menu does not seem to have changed much in the time that Ive eaten here but that may be the secret to its success. Staff are super friendly and generally attentive.

Sushi is great. Fresh. And delicious. Fries rice is also delicious. Good portions. Prices are Fair. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere. I have gotten food poisoning once and other people have had some stomach issues but hadnt stopped me from coming back.

Food is just soso. Chicken terriyaki is not good. Freshness of nigiri sushi and sushimi are just slightly acceptable. Food preparation is questionable because some of my sushimi are not cut into pieces but still connected to each other.

Food and service were both very good. My date had sushi and I had teriyaki and we both enjoyed our meals. I especially liked the green tea. The only bad part was getting in and out of the tiny parking lot.

I have nothing to complain about. The rolls are always good and the prices are alright. Seaweed and Tako salads are on point. Seriously though, take down those giant opening signs. Its been YEARS.
