Service was nice. Food: Rice - One could argue that the rice is the most important part of sushi. This restaurant clearly did not use rice vinegar, sugar, salt, or vegetable oil when making the rice. It was just plain steamed rice. The sushi fell apart when I grabbed it with the chopsticks. All the rice fell into the soysauce when dipped. Eel - Used frozen package eel. Tempura Shrimp - Used either packaged fried shrimp or used flour -> egg -> breadcrumbs as coating instead of actual tempura batter. Crunchy Roll - Was pretty good. They used tempura batter to coat the sushi. If they had tempura batter, why didnt they actually make tempura shrimp? Laziness? Im not quite sure.

Commenting on the comment "Bel Air is full of idiots". Im not sure they are idiots, but most of the locals here think they are something special. I hate to tell you folks, but this aint Bel Air California. As for Toki Sushi, it is the best youre going to find in Harford County MD. And yes, for whatever reason, they dont seem to answer the phone for take out orders. I think they get more business than they can handle.

I went here several weeks ago with my cousin and we both were not very impressed. The sushi was fresh, however the quality and quantity was rather disappointing. Overall it was just over priced and left you wanting more. There are not too many places in Bel Air to get sushi; but with that being sad I doubt I will be returning anytime soon.

Sushi was okay, chopstix is definitely the place to go if youre in the area looking for sushi also i had a cup of hot green tea which was good but after drinking half of it i realized there was bright pink lipstick on the side of the mug right where i was drinking from i immediately lost my appetite, i definitely will not be returning

Food is almost always delicious but the service is TERRIBLE especially if you have a party larger then 4....sitting at the sushi bar seems to get you better service. Prices are fair although some rolls do get very pricey depending on the ingrediants....as bad as the service is the food keeps us coming back time after time

Awesome sushi, great food and good service. I love their sashimi which using good quality fish and seafood. Note: This is a new restaurant with new owner, you should disregard any reviews that are older than April, 2017. Newly renovated from the previous Japanese Restaurant.

I have been there 4 times and everytime is delicious! I could eat sushi everyday! They also make some of the best shrimp fried rice Ive ever had. One large order (over $100) for a birthday was perfect. No problems, highly recommended!
