Terrible service! Ive been there several times and the service is very unpredictable. Today was the worst...we waited for 10 minutes to get seated, several of the servers walked by us and looked at us standing in line but never acknowledged our presence. Our server never made eye-contact with us after she brought our food, we had to beg for a refill on our drink and then we had to go to the counter to ask another server to ask our server for the bill so we could pay and LEAVE!! I will NOT be going back. Too bad because Charleroi has few places to eat....My Girls could make a killing if they cared about the customer.

20min. 2parties behind as. Total 7 people. Received their order before us. We ordered eggs and burger. Whats wrong with this picture. This so called restaurant has really sunk to a new low. New people? Who cares. Next time youre going to go out to eat, please try somewhere else. Try

Perfect place for a little home cooking without messing up my kitchen. Made it in for breakfast this time around and picked a lighter option choosing the Cougar on wheat add an extra egg. The sweet and sticky breakfast options are also good choices. Coffee service was spot on.

Pretty good food especially the breakfast options. Affordable, friendly staff. Usually the staff is very fast but sometimes it gets packed on weekends and they have a hard time keeping up. Other than that its a cute, nice place.

My wifes meatloaf came out refrigerator cold inside. My chicken parm came with a pound of spaghetti but zero sauce. Service was inattentive and overwhelmed despite having 3 servers and only 6 tables to cover.
