A week ago, I stopped by and ordered two Chicago-style hot dogs w/tater tots and a drink. When the order arrived, the two hot dogs looked picture perfect. But... 1) The buns were stale. Very hard. So much so, in fact, that both split and it was impossible to keep all the dogs ingredients together. When I pressed to keep the hot dogs intact, the buns crumbled. When I bit them, they crumbled. And relish, hot peppers, the dogs themselves, etc. fell out. Very messy. I eventually gave up and ate what I could as I could. 2) The dogs themselves were cold. In addition... 3) I doubt the dogs were "all beef" as advertised. I know the look, taste, and texture of all beef hot dogs having lived in Chicago, and having as well a father-in-law who works at a meat processing plant. The ones Sonic served were not all beef. Or, if they were, they were very low quality. On the plus side: Service was fast and friendly. And the tater tots were hot and tasty.

Owner(s), its way past time to replace your drive-thru speaker. Customers and employees are often unintelligible. Drive-thru customers, be prepared to shout your order repeatedly before you are heard and have items be wrong as a result of the barely-functioning speaker. I advise asking insistently to pull up to the WINDOW and order the first time an issue occurs in hearing or being heard. Otherwise, its clear this thing is never getting replaced. Businesses will treat you exactly how you allow them to. Dont allow it. I cannot imagine this Sonics expenses are so much higher than any other that they cannot afford basic necessities. The place is packed non-stop during tourist season with folks off the beach, so Id guess its more lucrative than your average Sonic. The employees and food are average for a Sonic - as expected.

Id visited Sonic earlier this week for breakfast around 7am, and though they took a little extra time to get my order ready, they came to me and explained that it was because they were waiting on fresh tater tots. This was fine. This morning around 7:20, I went to Sonic and sat in line with other cars for 20 minutes and never made it to the window. When I placed my order, I was only 3 cars back, and in 20 minutes, the car directly in front of me still had not been served, and no employee had made an effort to explain why. Since this establishment opens at 6 AM, youd think that they would have it together for the breakfast crowd almost an hour and a half later. I dont know if under-staffing or incompetent workers are to blame, but this needs to be fixed.

Visited sonic on folly road in sc on 7-21-17 we had popcorn chicken and a banana split master blaster the chicken was so hard you could break your teeth the master blaster didnt taste like a banana split it tasted like a vanilla shake with chocolate chips my husband had a double cheese burger with bacon the bacon was so salty you could not eat it so we spent 22.03 for food we couldnt even eat we had to ask for straws and ketchup because the person that brought our food was to busy literally running with food and drinks as fast as he could to other customers in there cars could not even acknowledged us the worst experience we ever had at sonic we will not eat at sonic ever again Sincerely Christine Schramm

I had two horrible experiences with this particular Sonic in the same day. For breakfast I went and it took over 15 minutes just to get my food and it wasnt busy at all. My crosiSonic was smushed, was very salty, and my bacon was burnt. Then at 10:00 pm I went to the drive thru to order some Master Blasts and they ask what I would like. As soon as I was about to say what I wanted another lady hopped on the mic and said they had just closed, but according to Google they close at 11 pm on Tuesday nights.

I used to go to sonic all the time during the summer and I never had an issue. But recently they have been slacking off the last three times Ive been there. I know the menu and what goes in The sonic blast and shakes because I had two siblings work there so when I get a meal or if I get ice cream and is not properly made it it doesnt have the proper ingredients in it then I get upset because I know what Im supposed to have. Im disappointed because I keep spending money on improperly made food.

Pulled in a little before 10pm on a Saturday night, about 10 other cars in the parking lot. Pushed the button and about 5-10 minutes later someone came over the intercom and said sorry but only the drive through is open, please pull around. Needless to say they didnt get our business, although that probably didnt hurt the employees any, they evidently didnt want our business.

This place is disgusting. I mean all sonics are a little ratchet, but this is just gross. They are always breaking down or randomly closing early. They put a Reeses in my blue raspberry slushie once...it was disgusting. Dont waste your time.

Placed our order, waited 20 minutes and it said order on the way, still waited and no one came. Pressed button and nothing. We just left after waiting over 30 minutes. Its ridiculous and this place either needs more help or needs shut down.

Easily the worst sonic. Just keep driving, I wish we did. Their reactions range from slow to unresponsive, and it was challenging to get a complete order for 4 filled in less than 2 attempts.

Went there to get two Bacon Cheese Pretzel dogs and after getting home with my food, I noticed that the buns were covered in little dots of black mold. Really gross and wasted money.
