I brought five of the boys I am mentoring to this restaurant -- I wanted them to experience good Thai food for the first time. I spent about $60, we waited about 25 minutes for Thai food and we got some bland, cold, bad Thai food. There are a dozen better Thai foods within a couple of miles, I will never be going to Thai BBQ again.

This is the closest Thai restaurant to my house and while there are some better thai options in Portland, I would still put Thai BBQ in my top 5 in town. I eat a lot of Thai. I get take out often and have tried lots of different dishes. They range from decent to really good. Friendly folks running the place

I usually eat the shrimp fried rice and pad thai noodle. Very tasty and the restaurant staff are kind and hardworking. The chicken Sate is amazing, must try! They also deliver so that is a plus. Dining in is always great too. Love Thai food.

Great Pad Thai and Curry. Very friendly service and never crowded. Its hidden in a strip mall and I think they should change their name (makes it sound one-dimensional). Get the mansumu curry, their peanut sauce stir fry wasnt that great.

This place is really good. Ive had the Pad Thai, Tom Yum, yellow curry, and my favorite tender beef panang curry, my friend had the duck curry and loved it. The same lady has served me every time and is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Ive tried many Thai places in the area, and this is definitely one of the best. Good service, clean environment, and most important, great food. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable, authentic thai food!

BEST Thai food i have ever tasted! If you are into curry, this is the place to go. Its like eating home-made recipes with friendly people and great customer service. If you are into noodles, the Pad Kee Maw here is exquisit!

Food here is great! Fresh ingredients, expertly prepared. Minimal parking, but great for neighborhood! Stay away from Pad Thai, unless you like the way Pad Thai is made in Portland (they put tomatoes in it here).

The food is great, the prices are reasonable. They are fast with take out and dining in...and the service is always great. I know, its on Powell and looks like a funny building! But it is worth checking out...

This place is a hole in the wall. Of you werent looking for it, you wouldnt know it was there. The food is GREAT. It has good flavor, and the portions are reasonable. Its my favorite Thai food restaurant.
