The pulled pork was exquisite, the best weve ever had. Their homemade kielbasa was to die for. Smoked Garlic Mac and Cheese and cornbread were both delicious. Dont get me started on the bacon... it is best in the Seattle area, hands down. Steve (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and will ply you with numerous delectable samples while he educates you. If youve been searching for authentic, all-natural Texas-style barbecue, close your browser and head on over. Celtic Cowboy will feed your belly and quench your thirst for knowledge.

Just ate at CC BBQ this afternoon for lunch -- ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a side of the garlic mac, both types of sauce, a little bit of rub on the side, and an Arnold Palmer to top it off! Absolutely delicious, reasonably priced, and probably one of my new favorite BBQ spots in the northwest. If youre in the area & youre a fan of wonderful, smokey, tangy, flavorful BBQ, Celtic Cowboy is a must.

Great little hole in the wall with a nice view of a metal scrap yard. But the place was delicious. Chicken thigh was tender (cooked all the way) brisket was awesome so was the spicy sausage. The macaroni was awesome, potato salad in my view point wasnt anything special, but at least it was home made. Kudos to the workers for being friendly and helping my wife and I with questions.

Friendly staff and good food. I had half rack of baby back ribs and a brisket chili and the ribs were just smoked enough and not too overpowering and very flavorful. Today is sunny and comfortable and they have their doors open and there is ample outside seating as well as cozy inside seating. So thumbs up from me for this place and it will be a return visit.

"My boss grows the rhubarb for the pie." There is nothing here that isnt made with skill and love. The Mac n cheese is terrific...and I NEVER get that out, as I make it with Tillamook at home. But I get it here. Ribs, sauces, desserts...all amazing. My husband lives the sweet tea, and the bread pudding...oh the bread pudding.

Incredible food! The pulled pork was so flavorful it didnt even need barbeque sauce! Even the potato salad had had spices in it, giving an actual flavor to it. The baked beans were smoky and delicious. The staff was friendly, service quick and facility clean. Note, things were on the spicy side, which was a plus to us. :-)

I cant imagine anyone else hosting our summer event. It will surely be an epic occasion, but only if you say YES!! As far as a review goes? I dont like bbq in general; as a rule, the whole thing grosses me out. It must be magic dust you have as your secret ingredient. I know there is LOTS of LOVE.

How has this place been here for 2 years without me knowing? Sooooooooooo damn good! Its hard to find places that do barbecue right, but they definitely do. Everything is smoked in house. Brisket was moist and wonderful, andouille sausage was made in house and really damn good. I will be back!

Had a sampler long ago and was all very good. Stopped on my way home tonight for smoked beef brisket and shortbread (to go with sides already have at home). Brisket is smoky, soulful, awesome. Great sauces, lovely shortbread. I will be going back again for sure.
