Its Hawaiian take out. Nothing special but when I dont want to make dinner, this place is close by. Parking can be a bit of a pain here. I tend to order take out and eat at home. Youll have to wait a good 10 - 15 minutes for your food, they cook when the order is placed so you know it hasnt been sitting around on a hot plate. I like spam musubi here, nothing to brag about, but its really one of those things you cant screw up.

Pretty fun place to come for a sports event, or with a big group to grab some beers and pig out. We came for wing Wednesday, and it is pretty clutch. With purchase of 2 drinks, it is 25 cent wings. I ate until I couldnt move. The Paina wings were by far my favorite, I definitely recommend. And also grab a longboard draft while you are at it!

Hawaiian BBQ is always very satisfying for me. This place does it as good as any chain Hawaiian BBQ that Ive had. The portions are pretty large too. I usually get the BBQ mix plate with an order of 2pc Masubi. This is always more than I need or should be eating...but I never leave any left-overs. Parking is pretty difficult at times.

Brought home 2 loco mocos, and 1 appetizer. Decent enough value, but the flavors are really lacking. Like they dont care at all about the finished product. So sad, because the Hawaiian restaurant at the corner of Taraval and 19th had better customer service and better food, and they had to close. Learn a lesson there, Ono Hawaiian.

First time in California, so I wanted to try something different. Ono was pretty good, but I think it was a little expensive for the amount of food that we got. We had gotten one of the samplers that had a little bit of all of the meats. Like I said, it was good, but not worth the $$.

I went here a lot during high school! The mini plates were definitely worth the $5 and it was a quick cheap meal that definitely beats school lunch. The workers arent exactly friendly but dealing with high schoolers, who would be?

Much better after a renovation. Better food than before and better score for health code. DONT get the party trays though. They give you only half meat and the rest is just plain lettuce. Stick to getting the regular entrees.

I ordered food they never call my number after 20 minutes I asked and it was sitting on the cold counter I asked for a fresh plate and was told no its still warm lol so I got my money back and went to subway next door

They have really good chicken katsu. The place was just remodeled not too long ago. Sucks how they keep increasing the prices of their items.

I like that they have katsu and teriyaki sauce available to serve yourself. It gives that chicken a bit more kick.
