This place has a fantastic selection of bottled and draft cider. Its a shame so many people dont know just how good cider can be, because of the lack of good options almost everywhere else. For those who are just getting into ciders, the tasting flight is a great deal, and the staff is very knowledgeable and capable of making great suggestions based on what you preferred on the sampler. Beside the excellent selection of cider, this is just a cool place to hang out. A couple glasses of nice refreshing cider in the sun of their patio is a great way to spend a sunny afternoon. Inside, there is an attractive (and huge) mural painted along the north wall, opposite the bar and coolers, and there are darts in the back for a little entertainment. It took me a long time to check this place out, but it certainly wont take long for me to return.

Im not a big cider drinker so I had the preconception this place would kind of be a one-trick pony for me - definitely not the case. Seven diverse cider taps (dry champagne style, english pub, pear, cherry, single apple varietal, etc...), lots more bottles in the reach-ins and a handful of mostly Brit & Euro beers by the bottle. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and accessible (we left the Bazi Bierbrasserie on Hawthorne to come here because we couldnt get anyone on their staff to stop hanging out with their friends and actually serve us...). They pour a really generous taster board off the taps (6 for $6), prices are reasonable across the board and there are free peanuts! Not much in the way of atmosphere other than some dart boards but it was nice and airy on a June evening. Id definitely return.

Im a big cider fan, so I was really excited to hear that there was a bar which specialized in it. They usually have unique and interesting ciders on tap, but if you get bored they also have coolers of bottles to consume there or take home. The staff has always been helpful when Ive been there and usually can make suggestions for new things you might like based on your cider preference. For non-cider people they do carry a selection of beers in the cooler and make cider cocktails. There are minimal food options available from Bushwacker itself, but they maintain a great collection of local to-go menus for food to bring back.

Get the sampler! Yes, they have probably a hundred different bottled ciders you can buy and either take home or drink there. But they also have a sampler where you can get 5 different draft ciders for only $6! I am a sucker for samplers. Every time I have gone they have a different variety of draft ciders. I have never been disappointed. The bartenders are great to talk to and incredibly knowledgeable about the ciders. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. I love coming here for drinks before supper or hanging out for happy hour. And after my sampler, I browse the fridges for a cider to take home to enjoy later.

I know I also gave Rev Nats Cider five stars, but this place is five stars for a DIFFERENT reason: owner Jeff Smith has made available 200+ different bottles of cider, PLUS a rotating draft list of Snowdrift plus usually a house cider and four fairly good options. While I used to always order a flight, Ive taken more toward ordering individually here or straight from draft. This is also very close to my house, so stopping by is a no brainer. Feel free to bring food in or buy snacks from the bar, but be warned...too many pretzels makes for a jumpy stomach.

Boardgames, ciders, mulled cider, pizza foodcart out front, great host/cideress [new word!] and across the street from one of the chillest bars for karaoke in town [Bear Paw]? Uhhh, yes please! I should also mention they have a gnarly bottle shop/selection going and they do have non-cider on offer as well for those folks not looking to get their cider on or wanting non-alcoholic drinks.

My new favorite place for a drink! Like other reviewers said, the staff is great, you can play darts for free, there are several ciders on tap, changing every few days or so, and huge coolers with tons of cider varieties you cant find elsewhere! And best of all, Bushwhackers has a laid back, easy going atmosphere - but I agree, I hope they start serving food soon! :)

Great cider collection and kid free zone makes this a great place to get away with other adults, chat, and enjoy an adult beverage. They have their own ciders, plus guest ciders on tap that you can get a growler filled from. Also, the fridges are full of canned and bottled ciders from all over. All cider drinkers should be able to find their cider unicorn here!

Fabulous little place with all kinds of ciders and a few appetizers. I thought I knew cider pretty well -- apparently not! Their ciders on tap were a mix of more traditional and far out flavors, especially their house-made ciders. Some I liked, some not so much, but thats the adventure of it. All the more reason to get a sampler and try them all!

For those days that Im simply beer-ed out and need something different in a pint glass - Bushwackers is the place. Theres always something good on tap (and really cool stuff in the case), sometimes even cider or perry made by the owners themselves. Service is always personal and friendly and the place is continually growing and improving.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Pints of delicious hard cider for only $4 and great service. The barstaff will discuss the types of cider and other random things. Its a very small place but they brew their own stuff and carry alot of local brands as well. If you cant have gluten then try this place - everything is gluten free and healthy!

Ive been going here for 4 years, great cider, the service used to be terrible and the bartenders used to be very unfriendly but about a year ago they hired better bartenders that were friendly, outgoing and welcoming, 5/5, I love the flights of cider, the selection of cider, and the arcade games that double as tables while drinking!

Best cider place in town for draft cider despite its pretentious bartenders whom are more focused on Facebook on their phones then helping a customer. Bushwhackers cider selection includes local, regional, and other ciders from around the world. Definitely a place to checkout if you like cider, for the expert or the amateur.

Chill place to enjoy ciders. The 8 taster flight was great way to try everything on tap. They have their own as well as guest taps. There were also a few extra tasters including a mead that was very different and very good. Worth leaving downtown to try it out. Edelweiss Deli across the street a big plus.

A dusty diamond for certain...dont blink or you might miss this cozy corner cove of cider capital. It looked like it was closed, and much like the film The Shinning" it was full with fun and moderate noise and laughter, and great mellow tones once you enter. I made the comfy bar home, and must return.

Great place to hang out with friends and drink Cider. Huge selection of cider both on tap (in-house and NW domestic) and specialty cider in cans and bottles. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. As a bonus theres free Wi-Fi and a food truck parked out front sometimes for great eats.
