I had decided to eat here for my birthday with my family. It was steadily busy but not completely packed when we arrived. The server was attentive for the most part. We order the lobster pizza appetizer to start, which was not very tasteful. My dads dishs sauce was over cooked and was sent back to the kitchen for a redo-to which he had waited nearly half an hour after everyone at the table had already finished their plates-and still had to pay for too. I always order the seaside shrimp trio, which was excellent. Love their cheddar bay biscuits. The free birthday dessert, which was a scoop of vanilla ice cream and brownie drizzled in chocolate syrup, was delicious. I think their overall quality of food went down a little tho and I will probably weigh out my options for next years birthday meal.

We got no wait time seating at 1:10 on Easter Sunday. Perfect. My 3 guests were back from Turkey hunt and they wanted seafood. I noted lobster fest on now. Perfect. We ordered lobster stuffed mushroom appetizer and lobster pizza appetizer. Perfect. Ordered several 3 meet combo main dish plus special side upgrades like lobster stuffed baked potato, add-on lobster tail, and add-on shrimp skewer. Perfect. The server did make the ceasar salads the way each person wanted. And did bring butter with the first batch of hot baked biscuits. Perfect. It was a full seafood immersion experience par excellente. After which server brought 4 leftover boxes with plastic forks for my Omaha - bound visitors. Perfect.

I have always liked this red lobster. We went Saturday evening now u can expect it too be busy especially during the big promotion of the endless shrimp. We had a party of 5 was told originally 10 to 15 minute wait time. That turned into over an hour wait to be seated. What I find interesting is that the young man that worked the front does not seem to know the average wait times. He tells some coming in 10 to15 minute wait time others it may be 30 to 40 minute wait time The problem is lack of supervision up front. Well finally made it back lets see what the service is like

We generally love this place, but new years eve was the worst. We didnt get our appetizer till after our food had come. They did take it off BUT when the kitchen manager brought it out, the calamari and vegetables battered was under cooked inside, to the point it was still doughy. My husband got the admirals fest and his scallops and fish were also under cooked. Worst $50 Ive spent in a long time for a meal. Made for a horrible new years eve dinner. Very disappointed and will be a long time before we go back.

It is a chain restaurant so please keep that in mind. We have been coming to this location for 4 years now, several times a year. We have for the most part had good service. I would say maybe 10% of the time we get a slow or lazy waiter, but the food is always good and I really love going here. I gave it 5 stars because for what it is I feel it is really good quality. If you want a top of the line restaurant with perfect food go some where else and you pay $100 for a plate instead of just $20.

The food and service was very good. However, when we asked what the sides were for our meal, we were told potatoes baked or mashed and asparagus. She failed to mention that for the asparagus, for each person there is a $2.29 extra charge!! We were not pleased when we got our bill. The manager should make sure to tell the waitstaff to clarify that there is an extra charge. Some folks might not be as kind as we were when their bill arrives!!!

We came into the establishment around 830pm and were immediately sat at a table with crumbs in the seat as well as the table top. The bread came nice and hot but the serving plates still had remnants of food. The walls and painting near us were splattered with food for apparently a long while. The servers got in an argument near the table. Need to work on cleanliness and table manners, especially for a more expensive, classy restaurant.

This use to be our go to place for special occasions. Now its just gotten so expensive my family doesnt want to meet for special occasions cause nobody can afford it. I had Steak and Lobster, I was very disappointed, for the price of a lobster it was more like a crawdad, very small. They need to step it up on portions and bring them prices down. Just the price of a glass of tea is rediculous. Teas doesnt cost that much to make.

Been here many times over aprox 15 years food is always great thats what always keeps me eating here but service has always been slow and forgetful they never pre bus there tables takes forever to get your check always have to hunt the waiter down to get paid and leave .

This place is delicious, just as it has always been. Our last visit, they forgot to give us our biscuits until we asked, but it wasnt a huge deal. We did eventually get them. Service was good considering how busy they were and the wait time wasnt unreasonable.

Today I did a Togo order and it was so delicious! And the server was wonderful! I love it when they talk with you and joke with you! They never get the order wrong and its always delicious! Thank you red lobster!

Overpriced chain. Food is meh. There are so many better places in Norman to get your seafood fix. Or just take 15 minutes and drive to The Drake in OKC. Its really not that much more expensive then this dreck.

We waited for 2 Hours to get our food and the order was wrong all the manager did was take 20% off and still charged us for the wrong order then were "too busy" to talk to us never going back to this one

This Red Lobster is dated but seems to be well maintained. The food is good and the service is usually top notch. The prices are average but seem to be creeping up. I have never had a bad meal here.
