My husband and I went in over the weekend, there was a line of coarse, no problem.. I walked up to the desk where he was taking names, told him my name, he wrote it down, laking any kind of personality he told me 15 - 20 mins. So we waited... and waited.. ppl that came in after us started going in before us. I asked him how much longer for us, I give him my name, and he looked at me and said he never wrote my name down, and laughed at me asking if someone else was up there that took my name.. he didnt leave the desk once! After waiting 45 min he offered to put my name at the bottom of the list again. RETARD! Hell NO! I wouldnt of been so mad if he just apologized and let us in next... but he laughed at me like I was crazy and told me that he could put my name back on the bottom of the list. Horrible customer service. Makes me not want to bother going back. I understand it was a mistake, but dont cover up ur mistake and and blame it on me, trying to make me look like Im the one the messed up. Kid needs some more training working in a restaurant. I think hed do better as a dishwasher

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Worst dining experience Ive ever had. We came in around 2 on a Sunday, there were a few tables but not many. Our waiter barely said anything to us for the over hour long wait for our food. We had to constantly ask for biscuits and never received refills. One our food finally came out we were less than impressed. We had a cheeseburger with no cheese, fries that were cold and a baked potato that was not even warm enough to melt butter. Once we were able to waive the waiter down to get some cheese for the burger the other people were already done eating. The only redeeming quality of service was from the chef who comped the burger and gave a discount. I would leave the waiters name but he never told us and was so rarely at our table that we couldnt even read it. Worst service, we will never be back to red lobster again!!

I reminded myself why I dont come here. The service was mediocre, in fact when we came in, my kids went to the lobster tank as I stood there. Another group came in and hostess cut us off. Just lack of attention. Then our service at the table was not great. Average I would say. The food took forever and it didnt look busy. I just thought maybe it was going to be really good! But no it was the opposite. For a puny kids snow crab meal, it was 10 bucks. We had an appetizer that tasted ok but the calamari was really small. My crab linguini had shells in it. Almost every bite was a crunch. Just ridiculous. The best part was the bud light, but they didnt exactly make that now did they. If you want bad seafood....even for Oklahoma and dont mind overpaying for the quality and service delivered here, then this your place.

Server Jennifer was GREAT! Never letting our glasses get empty. My husband swears he drank a gallon of tea! And Lauren was great as well getting a lobster out and teaching my 7 year old parts of it. The food however was lacking compared to previous visits. The coconut shrimp was over fried, the crab legs were not fresh, in fact looked like they were sitting under a heating lamp being that some of the meat was crispy when opened. The service though was outstanding.

Terrible service we sat in the lobby for 30 minutes just to find out the receptionist didnt check us into the computer! Then we have now been sitting at our table for 45 minutes just to be told there is a party in the other room and even if our order got put in before that group their food would be brought out before. Keep in mind we are a group of two... Never again will I come back!

For lunch today I had someone bring me a bowl of the potato soup. While the flavor was great I was highly disappointed in the quantity. It was literally 5 spoonfuls. That is ridiculous. Im highly disappointed in this location. I can only hope that this will not happen in the future. Thanks

Its Red Lobster. They keep good standards and have great service. Its just a bit pricey for the food. Worth it for a nice date night or impress someone. Decor and food feels a bit dated, but still delicious.

Had the sailors plate. Both types of strip were good. Buiscit had great flavor but were dry. Salad was good. Fish and tartar sauce wasnt very good. How does a sea food place mess up the fish?
