Now I am definitely a fan of Chipotle so leaving this review is quite disappointing. I regularly visit the countryside location and I did not realize until now, how fortunate I am to reside so close to that location. I stopped in for the first time here and waited 5 min for more steak to be cooked. The gentleman in front of had already been waiting "a while" before I even came in. Its not the wait that was disappointing. It was the fact that the staff did not apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience for myself the the customer in front of me who waited the longest. I wouldve liked to think that they were short staffed as it was very slow when I came in however, not long after business picked up and they yelled for backup and a whole team came out. So many dirty tables (unacceptable with the amount of staff) and even heard profanity from employees in the back in the presence of a who I believe was the owner (someone congratulated her on the opening of a new store). In desperate need of customer service training including the business owner if this is tolerated and/or accepted :(

Ordered the steak burrito. Since when are burritos the shape of a softball? Told the staff that a round burrito is really hard to eat and asked that they redo it. They happily obliged and made me a new one. This one was worse. I could see that this was a one trick pony and just moved on. Now the drink dispenser is out of ice. When I told the guy behind the counter he pointed at the dispenser as if to say I was stupid and couldnt figure out how to operate it. Now there is a line waiting for ice and the girl they sent to get the ice is not tall enough to put it in the dispenser. Finally, mission accomplished and Im at the table ready to dive into my softball. Its cold and the steak has a stale taste. It was the last of the steak in the warmer when he made it. Overall a very poor guest experience. On the bright side, I have a new sports based food concept if I ever decide to open a resturant.

Somewhat of a "customer service joke" here.... My first two kids ordered their meals, then the young girl took a couple of to go orders (or fellow employee orders) and five minutes later took mine and my next two kids order. Huge gap of time! There was no mistake we were all together since I was picking each kid up to the glass in order to see... None-the-less, on these "$15 an hour demanders" behalf, I will say they were fun to watch while horsing around with each other, fairly comical for me and the kids to see, they made my 10 year old laugh. And I would also be willing to bet they had little to no training from the Chipotle management. Just hope your not in a hurry!

This is by far the worst Chipotle Ive ever been too! We have gone several times to this location and each time is a ridiculously bad experience. This last time I told myself Im not giving this location another dollar of my money. The staff is always rude and acts like they do not want to be there. The staff will completely ignore the line of people. Several times we have been the staff will stay in the back or will continue cleaning to avoid having to serve you food. They turn down the restaurant music and blast profane music from the back. Management is just as bad and could careless how their restaurant is being ran.

The restaurant is okay, kinda slow at times. Ive had two unsatisfactory visits; one where the chips were so heavily loaded with salt that they were inedible and another where nearly half the guacamole was browning. But, the cashier Jo-von is always friendly and quick. Last time I visited, I got the impression that he picks up the slack of others. If he doesnt see something get done in a timely manner, especially if a customer is waiting, he doesnt hesitate to jump in and do it himself. I am happy when I see that hes working because I know that everything will be satisfactory.

If it wasnt for Chipotles ingredients in its food chain, this store would have gone out of business long time. There is no comparison between this store & other Chipotle stores I have been to. Food is never warm. Fajitas are always over cooked so customers dont ask for them. Salsas have excessive water in it which should be drained out instead being used to save the cost. Im not sure how this corporate owned store can be so out of compliance compare to others. Unfortunately this is closest to my work place & I end up going twice a month

Arrived in Tampa after a horrible trip to Houston. All we wanted to do was eat some Chipotle. When we walked in we were greeted by smiling and happy people. We started talking and I told them how terrible the trip had been for my friends and I. They ended up not charging us for drinks, and told us that they had felt bad for our bad trip. I really wish I could leave a review higher than five stars because that is how good of an experience I had there. If the manager reads this, please, give Marith a raise!

I love Chipotle BUT! this time was the worst time ever! the rice was UNDER COOK and the guacamole has NO FLAVOR at all also the chips The fajitas all black BURNED and the pportions the FOOD are so Small . am not a racism person but this guy a black dude was. SO DISRESPECTFUL and. RUDE I prefer the Hispanics people they know how to cook not like those lazy employees .they doesnt even know how to wrap a burrito I wonder how they can still work there SO DISAPPOINTED.

I never leave reviews and let me tell you I absolutely love Chipotle. There was nothing wrong with my food persay except for the fact that I got the smallest portion I have ever gotten in my life. The cute guy behind me in line... twice my portion. If I am going to shell out my money for delicious guacamole then I think I should get more than a teaspoon. I finished my bowl in about five bites and Im usually the slow eater. Not my favorite visit ever.

Went in around 6:30 on a Thursday night. The line moved quickly, but the employees were zombies and there was no communication between the 7 of them behind the counter. The girl in the middle poured the verde salsa all over my burrito (thinking it was the a burrito bowl for the gentleman in front of me) and looked at me with a blank expression when I told her. Steer clear, there are much better locations.

Staff here is the hardest working Chipotle team I have ever seen!! Food was made fast, efficiently, and without error. They even took special requests and delivered the quality you would expect. I would definitely recommend this Chipotle to anyone!

I like Chippottle...it is more like fast food joint that real restaurant though. All food is pre-made but delicious and they serve giant burritos. For a quick fix of Mexican food...order the 3 tacos and a Corona. Very satisfying!!
