Service is horrible, food is marginal. Go to Taco Bell and save yourself some money! Our bad experience started with the website. You can build your own meal to see the calorie count (cool!). After doing so, we clicked the big "order online" button, put in our zip code and a blank white box showed up with no results. Were guessing the store down the block does not allow online ordering, but we still dont know for sure. We called to place an order for pickup - bad idea. The person on the phone was uninterested and acted like we were bothering her - to the point that we said, "forget it, well just come in". So, not yet getting the obvious, we went into the store. The bad attitudes and miserable service continued. Not to mention that the order was completed incorrectly because everyone in the assembly line was more interested in shuffling us from the beginning to the end as quickly as possible and not on getting our order correct (even though there was nobody behind us in line!). This was our first and last Qdoba experience.

Qdoba is fantastic - so much better than Chipotle. They fix your meal to order right in front of you. Steak, ground beef, chicken, pork or vegetarian. White or wheat tortillas, brown or black beans, white or seasoned rice, tons of fixings. Or have some tacos, or soup, or nachos, or salad. Different kinds of salsa from mild to hot. Their queso is the best - not cheap cheese with some canned salsa tossed in. Fresh guacamole with chunks of avocado and decent chips. We moved to Clearwater a few months ago and were sad that there was not a Qdoba near us. We tried Chipotle (terrible beef - chewy) and Tijuana Flats (ok but too expensive for what you get). Having a reason to go into Tampa we made the time to go to Qdoba. This location is nice, clean, friendly but a bit hard to get in and out of, being on the corner of Gandy and Dale Mabry right where you pick up the Selmon, but thats its *only* drawback. Give it a chance - and get the queso! Trust me.

Wow. Reading the other reviews is comical. Go to taco bell??? This place is good?? Fake fake fake mexican. Just nasty and not one mexican but me reviewing. Took my kids there to try it and we all hated it. No mexican rice, the cheeses were disgusting etc. All the food tasted like it was once frozen and I bet it is. All fake mexican. Never ever again. Zero stars if I could. These places only exist because of people who dont know what real mexican is, buy it and think its good. Enjoy your doritos tacos.

I regularly frequent Qdobas instead of Chipotle which is across the street corner. Qdobas food is always fresh and prepared to my request. When I have a special request, they always have been eager to assist. My only issue is sometimes their chips leak oil to which Im told they just didnt drain long enough. Their quac is usually right on too!

I do lots of pick up from this place for UberEats and each time I do a pick up the crew is always chill and nice. Also, my daughter frequents the place and had convinced to try it out so we went tonight. I ordered the brisket burrito and its so yummy. Again, kudos to the crew for the superb customer service. Yall ROCK!!!

I visit this location often, usually 2-3+ times a month. Team there is super friendly, Ive never experienced bad customer service or a long line at the counter. Its a chill/quiet place to get a burrito. Be sure to use your rewards card, eventually youll get some pretty neat discounts.

The details the place was definitely enjoyable. We enjoyed the surroundings as well as the food. The customer service could be a little bit more friendly and more inviting, but other than that it was a good experience. A gluten free menu would be nice.

Used to go to Qdoba all the time. I like that all internals are included, but it isnt cheap if you arent into all that. Not sure why places cant include the chips and salsa. Still great taste.
