Dining in was great - but I was extremely displeased ordering take out. I ordered one of their signature sandwiches and on their online menu it states it comes with chips and a pickle. But when I didnt get those side items I called to complain. They stated that you have to specify you want those items. IT DOES NOT SAY ON THEIR MENU THAT YOU HAVE TO SPECIFY YOU WANT THOSE ITEMS OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE SPECIFIED I WANTED THOSE ITEMS. How in the world am I supposed to know that you have to specify that!!! And they didnt even care - no offer to make it right because they were wrong - nothing. I will not return, ever. There are too many options around me for take out that offer respect to their customers.

My family and I went to Stonehouse Grill on the positive reviews, but found out the reviews were not accurate on the quality of food (should had a variety of toppings for burgers, better selections of breads). The service was poor(a large group of several families came in and threw the staff upside down, that left some of the customers with little or no service, though we did receive our food never had a check back afterwards). Overall, the restaurant was cute,clean and need additional personnel, plus the manager or owner needed to be better prepared for the restaurant business to be successful in this field.

I ordered a "to go" salad and it was the biggest rip-off ever! They gave me one of those plastic to go containers with 3 compartments. The front portion of the container had about 1 or two hand fulls of salad mix...THATS IT...for almost $10 bucks. I called and the manager and she was embarassed for the restaurant. She knew the salad was a rip off and credited my account right away. She told me that the owners recently decreased the size of the salads and she completely agreed that it was so small that it was embarassing. The wraps are good though...but a bit on the small side for the price.

Sunday afternoon. Hungry. Thought wed give it a try. Not crowded at all. First waitress abandoned us. Second one was friendly and much more attentive. I ordered a lake perch sandwich. My wife, the tomato bisque & toasted cheese. Soup was good. Toasted cheese sandwich cheesy. But, after several bites into the lake perch and I met some rubbery resistance; uncooked fish skin followed by raw gray colored flesh. I was done. I did get $4.00 off my $13.00 sandwich. Will not return.

If you are extremely bored one day and you just cant find any other way to be bored any longer come here. You can extend your boredom for at least another hour with the flavors and environment that may as well have come out of an Aldi flyer. Not to mention the staff might as well be cardboard cutouts with voices. No reason to come here if youre looking for anything except overpriced lackluster dishes full of disappointment.

Great food and a great prices and something different from the chain restaurants. My only complaint is you have sometimes wait for a table but that is what happens when you have a good restaurant. The grilled cheese and soup is the best, unless its Mexican night and then thats the best, unless you want pizza and then that the best. Check It out!

We have gone to Stone Oven for years and have always had a great meal. For anyone who had an issue with a meal here at any time, I would recommend giving them a second chance and ordering something else. The blackened Salmon during lent is amazing and the Greek Chicken pitas are wonderful. I always need a box to take part of my meal home.

My wife and I visit The Stonehouse Grill a few times a month and we have never been disappointed. Their menu has a good selection and frequent specials to keep things interesting. The place is very clean with a nice atmosphere, not too bright not too dark. The staff is always pleasant and prompt.

Wow! We stumbled across this gem driving through the area and loved It! Hubby had a perfectly cooked sirloin, I really enjoyed the daily special which was a Tuscan grilled chicken sandwich and our kiddo thought the pizza was top notch. Friendly staff, huge portions and pleasant atmosphere.

Great wine tasting event. Chef Alan did wonderful job pairing six courses with wines. General manager coordinated the event flawlessly. Experienced wine distributor very informative. Server Stephanie took good care of the group. Looking forward to next wine tasting June 25th.

Stopped for dinner after attending a work conference in Cleveland and had some of the best salmon Ive ever had! Every element of the meal was outstanding, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Good place if expectations are modest. This is not fine dining, but is competent. Place has a comfortable, local vibe with no pretense. While I wouldnt say the food is great, Ive never really had a bad meal here.

This is the second time we were here the food portions are great the chicken enchilada soup is out of this world and they have Mexican night on Wednesdays that I strongly recommend the enchiladas chicken or beef

Overall great dining experience. The menu has a lot of items on it, and I would describe it mostly as comfort food - nothing too exotic or original, but very good quality. Loved the sweet potato fries.
