This place would be awesome if not for the servers. Atmosphere is fantastic, the food was excellent, the drink prices arent bad. My wife and i went for happy hour drinks and were served by Shawn, he took a bit to make 1st contract but after that was great, quick and attentive. After a sunset cruise we had a late night snack, our server took at least 15 minutes to help us, got our drink and food order then disappeared for more than a half an hour. In the meantime everyone in our section, including us, started being attacked by mosquitoes. Needless to say we all were on the verge of leaving when the server finally returned with an arm full of rolled silverware. Must have been doing side work to get off in time to go party and ignoring her customers. The next morning we went for breakfast. For starters, dont do the buffet, total rip off for $22. No omelette station, a very poor attempt at a breakfast buffet. I have had better breakfast for free at the Residence Inn. We ordered off the menu, it was delicious (and cheaper than the buffet)! The service for breakfast however was just as bad as the night before. Took FOREVER to make 1st contract. It took over 5 minutes to get just water. My wife asked for a straw that never came (i eventually found her one). Finally took our order. Once the food arrived she disappeared. After 20+ minutes she reappeared, we all but tackled her and asked for our check (had a flight to catch). That took longer than it should have. Gave her a credit card and she disappeared again. After 10 minutes we decided to go inside to find her. Finally did, signed and left. Again great food and atmosphere, service sucks! I expected more out of the Westin.

Horrible. Started with slow slow service. One person takes your drink order and another brings it to you and states they are the one serving you but they never check back with you. Ordered the bar punch drink but the name escapes me. 3 types of rum mixed w oj and pineapple juice for $10. This drink, for having 3 types of rum, tastes like straight OJ. Both myself and the wife tried it. No rum in this drink! Sent it back and got a mango daiquiri which tasted like a smoothie from DQ. All drinks come in a plastic cup and are small esp for the price. That was enough not to order the food. We use to frequent this place every Friday after work for a long time but stopped last year due to service. Gave it another chance and we paid for it. This is not local friendly but for the vacation crowd as they come for the view. RIP Nauti mermaid. We wont be back

After changing tables four times and two hours of waiting we finally got our food. Well 5 of the 6 did. I was discouraged by the menu being swapped between the restraunts. The waitress tried to make everything better but after the kitchen mis-cooked my sons food twice we gave up. Cat did a great job and if you dine there I would highly recommend her!

The view is beautiful. The food was good the service was slow. What would deter me from making a return visit is they allow smoking at the tables. There was not just cigarette smoking but cigars were being puffed on be at least 2 men sitting very close by, the next table in fact. I turned green (figuratively) and had to leave.

My husband and I always love to seat at the bar and enjoy the great service, drinks and food. The service is outstanding and the sunset cocktail is so much fun we would go every night if we could. The bartenders are beyond wonderful and we just love, love, love to go. Highly recommend it if you like people and fun!

$10.50 for a frozen drink inna plastic Solo cup. Wings over-cooked and crusty. But...burgers looked good...at another table. Seagulls liked t fries...at another table. Nice view, marina and river. I wont be back.

Great place to enjoy a cocktail and lunch or an appetizer. The views are beautiful and there are lots of nice shops to stop in while enjoying a long walk around the property.
