One of the best Chinese food places Ive been too, but its almost as if I dont want to come in half the time and order because the tall guy who takes your order is very rude. I am not one to write a review, but Im afraid hes going to chase off all the customers at this place. It needs to be known he is awful with customers, he acts as if you are bothering him and talks very fast. I go here a lot but I am rethinking it. I have requested no onion every time and it comes with onions every time and I ask for no onion. Great food, but awful service from the tall guy at the front desk taking orders. This would be a 5 star.

New China Express serves fast food, is clean and the employees are friendly. You will get your food quickly, prepared according to the pictures on the menu (which is very Americanized). I have ordered nearly every menu item and overall the flavor and consistency remain good from visit to visit. I would recommend them for fast food but they do not have alcohol or wait staff.

horrible customer service, called and placed order and went to pick up my food and the guy said he never put in the order. he said he didnt hear the over the phone and ignored it eventhough he confirmed it will be ready for pick up in 15 mins. He even had a nerve to tell me i called the wrong restaurant. 3rd time this has happened.

This place dont even deserve a 1 star. They messed my order up had missing veggies that was ordered, chicken had a slimy texture & the rice had noodles in it. Call them to tell them & they got rude with me over my order. Will never return & will make sure the word hers our on the bad food & customer service!

Not bad. Large portions. I like the Orange chicken. My wife asked for mild General Tso but it came out rather spicy. The other place in town is closed on Sunday so this an option if Chinese is what you crave.

99 out of 100 times consistent Today however, I was in line before 3pm. At 3pm placing my lunch special, said ended at 3pm. Not right, first time ever didnt feel so good here. In line shouldve counted.

2nd time no sweet and sour with my egg rolls when picking up my order. They tie the sacks so unless you destroy the bag cant even check order. They should verify your order with you.

Usually grab some food here after the gym sometimes on the way home. Very good Chinese at a very reasonable price. Call ahead and it is usually ready for you as well.
