I ordered from a Donatos that I could walk to within five minutes .Place my order and waited for an hour and a half. Since my pizza had still not been delivered. I called to see what was going on with the pizza.I was told that he forgot to tell me they did not deliver at my address after 5 p.m. I did not get a phone call to even let me know while I was waiting for my dinner for an hour and a half . I also have to wait a week to get my money back because I paid it with my bank card. I asked if I could get a discount the next time I ordered since I had to wait so long and no one bothered to let me know they were not going to bring me a pizza and he said no . Donatos is how big of a company !!!! they cant even give me a discount for the inconvenience they put me through. I will never order there again Brice Road and Livingston area Reynoldsburg. Worst customer service ever.

Worst service ever! I ordered a Italian sub with the dressing on the side, 1 sub came a hour later with no dressing, but a side of marinara sauce ? did called to let the know seeing it was clearly on the receipt Wendy had the nerve to get and attitude, with me and no apology was given! I waited another three hours for the driver to correct mistake simple package of Italian dressing! No one ever came! Worst service ever cant wait to talk to the district manager! Very unsatisfied customer!

After waiting 1.5 hours for our food to show up made a call back to the store only to find it hasnt even left yet it would take another 30 mins for our food to arrive who waits 2 hours for a pizza. This is the third time this has happened at this location. They need better management at this location for their night shift because it is costing them business and loyal customers.

I see Im not the only one this is happening to which is a shame. Just like Renee Horn every time I call I either dont get an answer or I get put on hold to get hung up on!!! Im confused does this place want any business or not!!! It was in the middle of the day too no where near time to close either so whats the problem? Either fire your rude crew and rehire or close down

will never order from this location again. placed my order at 10:12, online told me 1 hour for delivery. the store called me at 11:15, saying that they were out of an ingredient for the subs. they hadnt even started making my food!!! it is now 11:55 and still no sign of them delivering the food! not worth the time or money. complete and utter waste!

Just called to place an order only to have some answer on the 4th time calling because no one answered on the the first 3 times, only to be hung up on! Called another 3 times before someone answered just so I could tell the manager how much they suck! Will never order another thing from them...!

Most terrible experience i have ever had with a pizza order.I will never order here, or any other Donatos after this. I contacted corporate which is in the area, and evidentally this issue was swept under the rug.Terrible,rude, and most inadequate service.

They seem to be a little understaffed but still managed to provide me with a great pizza and in a timely fashion!! Ill definitely be back again. I have been going there since i was enjoying baseball awards in the basement when i was a kid!! Love the place

Expensive, but worth the cost for an occasional treat. Their Mariachi pizza is the best pie you can buy from any chain restaurant. Be careful though, its spicy! Otherwise, has a bland atmosphere and staff that seem uninterested in being there.

Excellent Donatos! The staff is great and the manager Jeremy is very accommodating. They have two good size meeting rooms that they allow to be used for free. This is very uncommon anymore. And they have free WIFI. Thanks Brice Road Donatos!

Ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza, got there 20 minutes after ordering and waited 10 minutes, and then was told it would take another 10 minutes. They werent even busy and has plenty of staff in the back. Never going here again.
