Ive never really had a issue with the quality of the food or the customer service that I have received from this restaurant, most of the employees are very friendly. My issues are with the owner of this franchise. My daughter used to work at this location for about a year and a half and was a exemplary employee. Im not just saying this because she is my daughter, I was told this numerous times by the managers and assistant managers when I would come in for dinner. My daughter sustained a knee injury while participating in a highschool sport that required surgery and was written off work to recuperate. Upon being released by the surgeon to return to work, she was told that she was no longer needed. I would love to say this was a one time issue but the same exact thing happened to one of her co-workers when they had legitimate medical issues requiring time off work. Even after a few months when all her issues were resolved she reapplied for this location and during the interview the owner walked in, saw her being interviewed and for whatever reason flipped and told her to get out and never come back! For this reason I will drive past this location and take my business to the corporate location at Maxtown/Rt3!

My fiance and I order from this Donatos at LEAST three times a month. Each time, the individual answering the phone and processing our carry-out order is delightful; absolutely no exceptions! Further, the service is always very timely. Our order has always been made with accuracy. Finally, I once placed an order dangerously close to closing time ( I forgot!!), and the employee took my order with enthusiasm and let me pick up my order after closing time. As someone with painful, bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, that gesture meant the world to me - it is tough to cook with pained hands!! I love and *depend* on this Donatos. Horrible, Called in a delivery order and young male person took it. Waited 50 + minutes and no delivery. Called back and another male person answered said they didnt have an order for me. Very smug. I have loved donatos pizza for over 20 yrs but will never purchase anything nor will my company ever use donatos again.

Ordered a sub from out of town. Got charged twice for it and they would not even offer a full refund for the sub. Disappointed. Also, took 3 times loger than the estimated time to deliver. Blamed it on one delivery driver. Sub arrived cold. Did I mention it was being delivered, literally 2 doors down. Not happy

I have my lunch here regularly. Orders are always ready on time, the staff is always very polite and offer plates, utensils or other items you might not immediately think of. The restaurant is always super clean.

Nice staff. Order was not accurate. I phoned in my order for three 14" pizzas, specifically saying 14" before each pizza. They gave me three 12" pizzas. Two of us that ate the pizza got sick.

Terrible customer service, terrible overpriced pizza, I would drive to Cheshire market before buying pizza here again ( 20 min out of my way on lunch 40+ round trip )

The people are always nice but the accuracy is very poor. Before you leave, check what you got. 1/3 of the time my order is wrong. Very disappointing.
