By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!! I was told that my pizza would arrive in 40 minutes. It finally arrived over 1.5 hours later. The delivery guy had my credit card number written on a scrap piece of paper. I was told that there was a problem with running the card. WHY would the delivery guy have MY credit card number written on a piece of paper?? I asked that the owner call me as I wanted to discuss my bill. I was called later and the delivery guy was trying to facilitate a conversation between me and the owner. I asked that he call me back later when he had the time to speak with me. I was called back and the owner actually argued with me and gave me excuses on why my pizza was so late. He argued 3 separate times that I was not told my pizza would arrive in 40 minutes. The last straw came when he told me that I was the ONLY person to complain tonight. If I had been told my pizza would arrive in 1.5 hours then fine but when you tell me 40 minutes and it finally gets here over 1.5 hours later then I have a problem. I just moved to this area and I will NEVER have any business with this establishment again. By the way I paid my bill in full.

dont listen to peole who have no patience for great food. hey you may have to wait a little longer for your food... but let me tell ya ITS WORTH THE WAIT!!!! the best cheesesteaks I have ever had. and I like cheesesteak!!! im from Minnesota. we dont have cheesesteak like this. whenever I go to visit my sisters down in Clearwater I always make them drive me (almost everyday) to go get a pajanos! in 4 days I ate 8 subs. steak and cheese and the super Italian. its hard to get just one sub at this place. always tastes the same....AWSOME. if pajanos was up here in Minnesota id probably be on that show my 500 pound life. haha its that good. this place is food network worthy. nice family run place. i cant wait to go back!!!!

THE BEST Steak Sandwich in the US - says me, a native Philadelphia born Cheese steak sandwich specialist. I even proposed to my wife here! (and thanks to their food- she said yes!)) It is small, cozy and authentic. We always order two of the loaded Cheese Steaks and two slices of pizza and marvel at how this place easily beats anywhere in NYC or NJ of Philadelphia we have lived or been... I took a friend here, he was a bit food phobic and ordered a just the meat on the bread cheese steak - big mistake - go big and get lots (or all!) of the stuff on it - or stay home.

I ordered a pizza to take to my cousins house. We live about 45 miles north from Indian Rocks Beach. We were patiently waiting but the owner of the place gave us a sample of their famous steak sub. It was so good. Me and my cousin were so pleased of this gesture. They were not only good coz it was free but it was just the best steak sub I ever had. Theyre pizza is also excellent. It was my first time to visit this place but Ill definitely come back to this joint.

Wasnt impressed. 05/10/2013. Some friends who spoke highly of the place wanted to get pizza there. Ordered over the phone....said 25-30min. Waited 30min to leave the house.....they hadnt even made the damn thing when we got there. The staff appeared to be wrapped up making sandwiches for some big party. Waited 30mins for the pizza. When we got it back to their place, the crust was tasteless and toppings skimpy. I wont be going back.

Pajanos used to be a weekly routine for myself and my friends in high school, where the Faronis made everyone feel like a part of the family. Its been ten years since Ive moved away and I still find myself telling my friends about Pajanos delicious pizzas and subs and havent been able to find anything to fill the void. I highly recommend this restaurant for the delicious food, sincere hospitality, and casual atmosphere.

I came in with my family and we were all paying separate. One member ask for 3 slices of cheeses for him and his daughter, then i was next and i asked for 2 slices and was only able to get 1. The cook didnt want to cook another pizza for my brother so he didnt and now hes mad. You go to a pizza place and you get your pizza at any time or a bad place. Chicagi better because you can get your food any time u want

My wife and I have been going to Pajanos since we were kids. Im not kidding when I say this, they have THE best steak sub I have ever had. Bread is not too heavy and very crispy on the outside. Steak is a good quality. Always cooked to perfection. Blows me away how consistently good it is. I have never tried their pizza because I cant NOT order this sandwich. Oh, and get the steak fries to go with it.

Service was good, food was decent. Had a couple of subs and a cheese steak. Im not a Chicago or Philly guy, so take this with a grain of salt, but Id give the steak about a 7/10. I thought it was a little too finely chopped and the bread was overly hard for my taste. Not bad for a beach-side place though.

I have known Nick and his family for over 30 years. They are the best and now I take my children there. There children carry on the same great food and family atmosphere. I would recommend this pizza place to everyone who comes to Indian Rocks Beach Florida.

No frills, very simple place fine for stopping in for a slice if you are hungry and looking for something quick and cheap in the area. Pizza was nothing remarkable, and service was not just unfriendly but seemed irritated that we were there.

When Im on vacation I order pizza everyday, from Indian Rocks Beach to Cocoa Beach to Sanibel Island, I rate Pajanos a 5 rating, excellent taste, I am just not big on thick crust, I would definitely go back !!!! Mike from Johnson City Tn.

Ive been going to Pajonos for a long time. Always the best Slices, Italian Subs and the Best Steak N Cheese. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner. Best thing about it, Family owned and operated. Keep up the great work guys!

Would definitely recommend Pajanos. Ordered extra cheese pizza & it was delicious. The sauce had a real tomato taste & the dough was fresh which made for a really good crust, i really enjoyed it. Staff was great too!!

The PIZZA at Pajanos is by far the BEST on the Beach! I have ordered from many places, none cone close! Take my word. . . I grew up in Chicago. Try It Out... you will not be disappointed! YUM!!!

I have been eating here for 20 years off and on. Anytime Im near Indian rocks beach I have to stop in and get a steak and cheese. I highly recommend eating there whenever you in town.
