I went there a few times in the past and the food was ok. five guys is much better and is down the street. The thing that makes this place a place i will never visit again is the staff, managers and owners of the place. I ate there once and was in a hurry and I forgot my wallet (2 weeks ago actually, early march 2013). I know that forgetting my wallet is my fault but the way it was handled or not handled was very disturbing. after i realized i forgot my wallet, i called and they said they had it in their safe. When i got there the wallet was there but $120 was taken from the wallet. One server told me that another server had picked up the wallet and that it was on video. I contacted the manager who said he would review the tape and get back to me the same day. He did not call me back. the next i spoke with the owner and he said he would review the tape and call me back. he did not call me back. two days later i called again and the owner said he reviewed the tape and the girl did take the wallet but immediately went to a location where video could not be seen. That gave me my answer as to what happened...The owner said he was waiting until the girl was back on the schedule to confront her. I have still not heard from him. i called back two more times and each time they place me on hold until i was forced to hang up...they probably split the money between all of them. obviously my opinion of this has some biased motives but it doesnt take a genius to see that this establishment is not a trustworthy environment and call me old school but that is still important to me.

Havent been here in a while. About 6-7 months or more. This place has some good burger. This particular visit not so much.. had over a 40$ order between 3 people hoping to enjoy a nice juicy delicious burger . We got over cooked burgers. Hard and dry. I think they may have forgot our order or just got swampped. It was bad. The flavor was still there and it was way too dry. This isnt the same place it once was when I used to come here on a regular a few years back. Would I come back...maybe not.. 5 guys would have been a better choice this night.

Our order was messed up recently so they gave us $5 off vouchers. We used them again the other night and our order was messed up AGAIN! They didnt listen to what I said. I didnt really like the burger I had or the chicken sandwich the next time and I expect to have no mayonnaise or tomato when I ask for that. They also dont take phone carryout orders which is very inconvenient and I find the whole system sloppy. I dont recommend this Smash Burger and I wont be back.

One of the best Smash Burger locations I have been to. We went during lunch and they kept up with demand well. The food was great, and service was excellent. The outaide seating is a nice bonus for the warmer days. The restaurant is also kept fairly clean and tidy. The special regional burger is also fantastic.

My daughter just treated me to dinner there. They have the best crispy chicken and shakes. I have been there, the Orchard Lake location, a few times over the last year and their service has always been pleasant and the food is delicious. Now if they could figure out how to make those shakes with zero calories.

Unique, awesome, and delicious burgers. I thought the fries were just okay, but my 11 year old daughter loved them. Smash Burger uses a special method of cooking burgers. Its in the name. They smash their burgers after cooking them for about a minute, and it makes a big difference.

DELICIOUS burgers and fries. They also have salads and chicken sandwiches, both I have not tried but have heard theyre also very good. A bit on the expensive side but it is very good and all the food is made to order so it comes to your table hot and tastes fresh.

Very good service, helpful and friendly, pretty quick too. Smash fries were a nice change. Had jalapeno chicken sandwich, which was indeed very spicy, (love it that way). Cost was very expensive for"fast good", almost $40 for 3 combo meals.

Standard quality Smash Burger. I gave them five stars because they did not flinch when I ordered a bunless burger. It came on a plate and was well presented. I appreciate touches like this in my pursuit of a low carb diet.

This restaurant was outstanding. Amazing service, the food was delicious and of great quality and the staff was very attentive. Coming from Westland it was a bit of a drive, but completely worth it. Highly recommend.

There burgers are super soft and made fresh. I love their fries. That garlic lemon pepper is so delicious. The best fries of any fast food restaurant so far. Customer service was great. I cant give enough praise.

This SmashBurger is never quite as busy as the one in Troy, but the food is just as amazing. The only downside of this Samshburger is it doesnt seem as friendly of an environment.

Im in town at least once a month, and usually stop here for lunch on the trip. Service, speed, cleanliness are all fine. But I mostly just like the taste of the burgers. Fantastic!

Good burgers, really good fries. Buddy who got a shake said it was excellent. Burgers a little on the greasy side but much less than neighboring Five Guys. Id go back again.

These guys... We arrived at 7:20 pm and ordered. No food till 7:54 pm. We were told 5-7 min. Received the order and it was wrong! Waited another 25 min and still no order.
