Great chicken, but order is typically wrong. I grabbed a regular (not spicy) 4 piece last night...as I ate the chicken, I decided to save the breast for last (pun not intended!). Well the wing, thigh and drumstick were all phenomenal and exactly what I wanted...the moment I bit into the breast piece, I could tell something was wrong. They gave me a spicy breast piece! Under the crispy skin, the chicken meat was bright red from hot spices. I could not finish the piece, it was too spicy for me. This is not the first time theyve done this to me either. I have to say though, the pieces that werent too spicy for me were so good! Their mashed potatoes and gravy are out of this world and the biscuits with butter and honey are the perfect end to the meal. All in all, I go back occasionally, as their food is pretty good, its just their employees who always screw up one or two things in the order.

Well how do I start. Waiting for my order watched a lady come in 3 different times to get her right order. I ordered a pecan pie they were out I ordered a large drink and they were out of lids I ordered legs and thighs they were also out. So I got chicken strips. I started to eat my food. And every thing was old. And even the mashed potatoes were hard. After I took a couple of bits of my chicken ran straight to the bathroom. And the guy who came out of the bathroom was a cook sink was dry. And theres no soup to wash your hands. So now i knew why im sick. Dont eat at this place or u mught end up sick. Me over hearing one manger say are u dum or helpless. All she wanted was to knew if she could get some help. This was my 1st and last time eating at any popeyes any time soon

Food was great. Portions were just okay. A three piece chicken tender costs a heck of a lot for the variable but generally small size of each piece. Unlike other restaurants, they make no consideration for piece size when serving meals and if you get a small and crunchy piece of batter with little to no chicken inside you just lost the Popeyes lottery. Staff was overheard talking about scoring poorly on a recent inspection that assessed cleanliness. This is concerning for two reasons: First, they made it sound like they failed. Second, staff didnt have the foresight to predict that this would be something customers probably would be made uncomfortable by hearing..

When you first walk through the door and into the embrace of large beefy arms of the popeyes in Salem, Oregon, youre quickly greeted by the friendly staff! They did everything possible to make my short stay in their restaurant a joyous one. I was taken aback by the decoration in the place. This place has the Cajun/pirate atmosphere that youve been searching for in the northwest. The chicken was hella spicy and funky with salt *thumbs up. Shrimp was tiny (as you would expect, its shrimp, you weirdo) and breaded lightly.

This place dont deserve no stars I spend over $40 in food had to wait 20 mins for my food that was fine got home the food was dry and cold the fries was greasy and uncooked...... So I just got off the phone with the manager name irrelevant yes thats what she said her name was yes how professional...... She had the nerve to say you shouldve cook at home instead of eating out if you are going to complain...... I WILL NEVER EAT HERE EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE THANKS TO MS Irrelevant

As im writing this review. Im currently standing waiting for my food and the these two females had done nothing, but talk about their love life and its uncomfortable. I dont even know if their manager cares since shes the one helping me, but itll be nice to save those conversation during their private time. Nothing is worse when u already know whos their baby daddies are and whos the mistresses. Other than that the food is bomb.

I have had some good food at this place and I have had some horrible food. The Salem location has poor customer service and bad accuracy. There is nothing worse than getting back to work with the wrong order or old food that tastes like it has sat long past the storage time. I think the management at this location needs to get their sh-- together and step it up a notch.

I live a five minutes drive from popeyes chicken on mission street. their customer service has not been good sense the day they opened. I asked a question about side dishes, the young lady at the counter pointed to the menu and said, there they are. The help reflects bad owner and management. Sad, good food when fresh. Tom R. As soon as I placed this buttery biscuit into my waiting mouth I knew I had found the place for me. It was the most heavenly biscuit that I have ever had the chance to consume. With its buttery layers and strong aroma, it was so perfect. I am so happy and forever grateful that Popeyes is always there for me. I love you Popeyes.

This is the worst Popeyes. Always out of the sauce I want. You need fries? Its a 10 minute wait because we didnt think wed need fries at DINNER TIME. Want sweet tea? Sorry were out, which is our way of saying we close in an hour and a half so dont want to trouble ourselves with brewing more.

This place is horrible as far as customer service. Order was incorrect 2 times in same visit. Tried to talk manager and the shift leader was so rude and pretty much called me a lair. Crew is a bunch of teenagers who dont care is order is correct or if charged correctly.

Where do I start, the only thing good is the chicken. The coleslaw sucks, the mash potatoes are good they dont give you enough gravy. The customer service is horrible and they dont even take there own online coupons from your phone like kfc dose. I wont be going back.

Had to leave without ordering due to the restaurant smelling like a dirty diaper plus their prices were higher than the Popeyes I recently went to in Seattle. They also had a flier out stating they werent honoring the TV advertised special.

Drove 25 miles each way to buy Popeyes chicken. Ordered bucket of 10 pieces mixed. They were out of regular and had to substitute 3 pieces with spicy. Got home and only had 8 pieces instead of the 10 I I I ordered . No drumsticks at all

Was my first time going to Popeyes. I Orderd thru the drive thru. Was greeted my a big smile! Esmeralda had great customer service! She was sweet. Asked how my night was going. Had a great experience will definitely be coming back.

Overpriced and slow. You might pay 8 dollars WITHOUT a drink and get a fistful of chicken. Not the particular restaurants problem, but the corporate decision-making. Safeway fried chicken is just as good for 1/3 the price.

My brother and I ordered the same thing my portions were much larger his biscuit was forgotten and his portions were a lot smaller then the guy gave us attitude when we asked him to make the plate the same
