The first time we ordered food from here was in December 2010, and we werent that impressed. The food was decent, but the quantity and quality wasnt enough to justify the price. However, we tried it again this evening and it was a much different experience. My wife and I both felt that the burgers were bigger and tasted much better compared to our December experience. The tomato slice on my burger was juicy and ripe, which was a nice change from the hard and light pink ones you get at most places these days. The fries were also great and perfectly salted to my taste. We were both stuffed after eating our double combo meals. Another thing I noticed was the great customer service. The woman working the drive through seemed to genuinely care that my order was exactly how I wanted it. She was enthusiastic and very friendly. If Bigg Burger can consistently deliver this experience, we will keep coming back for more.

In town on business. Saw this was a high-rated burger joint. And I can see why. I like the variety of choices of toppings to put on your burger. Toppings dont taste as fresh as they claim, but they didnt seem like they were yesterdays refrigerated leftovers either. The bun is soft, and doesnt fall apart from all the burger juices. The patty, cooked rather nicely...no grease (a definitely plus) yet juicy too. Overall, Im very pleased with the Cheeseburger I ordered The only downside was the fries. Yes, Im glad they were not greasy or basically a fried potato shell (hollow in the center). But they were tasteless, flimsy, and became cold rather quickly. Though I do like how liberal this place is on the amount of fries you get. The staff was friendly and my meal was cooked quickly. The place appeared clean and inviting. Ill definitely come back here if Im ever in the area again!

Negative reviews are bogus. Calling this place expensive, then comparing it to Five Guys? Five Guys: Burger $5.49 + Fries $2.69 + Drink $1.99 = $10.17 for a single meal. No meal deals at Five Guys! And, no drive-thru! Bigg Burger is comparable in price to fast food, but at so much better quality. I get a meal from here every time I drive past and am hungry. My girlfriend loves the grilled cheese with veggies on texas toast. Dont be afraid to experiment with the toppings, too. Turns out, I really like banana peppers on my burger. Everyone Ive shown this place to has agreed that the food is awesome. I really think the negative reviews from here are from employees of other restaurants, or someone who got a bad burger once after going to this place dozens of times. I really dont get it.

I dont understand all the negative reviews on here. Personally, my BIGG burger was delicious and left me very satisfied. From what Ive heard it was modeled after Five Guys and In-n-out burger, and all their ingredients are fresh. No microwaves or freezers at all. People are comparing the prices to wendys and mcdonalds, but quite simply this isnt just another fast food chain. You get what you pay for. More fries than a large order at mcdonalds (that taste much better), and high quality ingredients that are fresh. You can taste the difference. The atmosphere is great, and everything is brand new. You should even check out the trash cans in the bathrooms (not kidding).

Im so glad that this place took over the old Taco Bell building. My wife and I go here almost once per month. The burgers and all ingredients are fresh, and we love the fries. Price is good too, both of us eat for under $15. Being able to walk here and given how much we love it, I hope that it will be a staple for a long time. Last time my wife and I ate here we witnessed a drive through customer leave without paying or picking up his order because of the wait. If you go here, you need to understand that it might take a couple minutes extra, but its worth the wait in my opinion to get a tasty burger and fresh meal.

I get to do the first review on Bigg Burger on Google, am I lucky. Well I went their and the place was packed. I did not realize until I was sitting down all the different topping you can have on your burger. The person asked me what I wanted, but what did I know. I got a burger, fries and a drink. Now the burger looked smaller than like a Whopper, but the meat in a whopper has no substance. This was Angus Hamburger meat and had wonderful flavor and took me a while to finish it. The fries were wonderful and lots of them, hand cut fries . Great Meal.

Are you KIDDING ME? $17 for the two of us, and we both left hungry....place is way too small, burgers HUGELY overpriced, toppings werent even good...slice of hard yellow tomato, limpy wimpy lettuce and a burger about the size of a half dollar. Seriously wish we wouldve known...could have gotten a nice bar burger AND a beer for what we paid out...Last reviewer must be owner or family...there wasnt enough meat there to even taste, NO atmosphere other than the rest of the poor suckers sitting shoved together looking just as miserable as we were

Looking for fast food? Go to McDonalds down the road. BiggBurger is more on par with a FiveGuys but they happen to have a drivethrough. Prices are just a bit higher than a value meal but you get so much more food and the quality is so much better! I can tell my burger is made from beef and my fries are not processed potato mush. I definitely recommend if you are in the area...you will wait a few minutes for your food but thats because it is made fresh

Stopped at Bigg Burg on a whim, never heard of them, no recommendations at all, i was simply hungry and said, next place i see, Im stopping!! Thank goodness i did! Excellent burger, i got the #2 with just cheese,onion and lettuce.....just to try them out and......OOO....MY.....GOD! I was pissed that i knew nothing about them......well i know now, and im gonna let everybody know. Delicious!! Get you some Bigg Burg!!

First time I ate here was the first week it opened and I had a bad experience and never went back, Ive drove past it for a long time and decided to give it another chance. It was great! Well be back! Love that we can pick our own toppings, chicken was really juicy, the side of chilli cheese fries was a large portion. Glad we gave it a second chance. Way better than all the generic Fast Food chains.

First time trying it and I will be back. I got the #1 meal, so the single burger with fries and a drink. I like that they use the leafy lettuce instead of iceberg. Burger was delicious and not greasy. No greasy fries either. Burger tasted more like a bar burger than a fast food joint. And it was hot. So hot it was hard to hold for a second. Very good. So glad I finally stopped to try it.

First time there a few days ago. Glad we stopped in, prices were great, for the food you get it was a 10+++ we ate we enjoyed, I will never go to McDs again. One regret about BIGG BURGER... no other locations closer to my area. Have to drive from Northville to get a good Burger. BTW DO NOT CHANGE THE FRIES... THEY WERE PERRRRFECT! Best fries ive had in years.
