Terrible service. I walk in to place an order to go, and a ton of servers are aware and walking by and dont tell the front staff people that are in the back that Im waiting. The front desk phone goes off and then some girl in the back runs up and answers the phone. The person on the phone places an order. Im standing there waiting for 5 minutes prior, and someone who literally wasnt there places an order before me. This is just the latest time. They have always been bad. I just come here because its the only local one. Service was decent when I had a friend here, but generally, they are terrible.

Didnt answer the phone the first time I called to put in a carry out order. Then when they answered the second time I got put on hold for 10 minutes. I got to the restaurant within that 10 minutes so I put the order in when I got there. Waited for 13 minutes to get a beer while I waited another 25 minutes for the food. And all this took place at midnight when there were less than 10 people who were all at the bar. And since when do we get charged for a water especially while waiting for food to arrive.... Will most likely never come to this BW3s again

I buy wings here quite often and prefer Thai curry boneless. Recently I came to know about Tuesdays and Thursdays half price and tried couple of times and felt the chicken on those days are completely different than other days. The chicken itself it not good and the sizes are very small compared to other days. They need not say that it is half price, as the size and quantity is less! On other days, it is good.

The wings are pretty good but it is the sauces that I really like. I have been coming here for years and they do a nice job. Definitely one of my more favorite places to go hang out.
