I recently bought a Elegant III tank from this store in Marietta, Ga and this lady behind the counter (African American Lady) suggested and sold me this tank. Now the problem is no other store carries coils for these besides this store that I can find. I recently bought a defective coil and tried to return it for another but the lady who I have shopped with quite a number of times refused to replace though she acknowledged they can be defective. She really wanted me to buy another one and was going to give me a coil from a used tank at FULL price!! Are you serious??? I wouldnt recommend this store at all as long as she is there!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!

Used to come here often. Service has declined severely. Myself and 3 others come. Menu clearly states that its 3 to a hookah. We order, no issue. Wait half an hour, as everyone else gets served. Remind the server that we ordered. Wait another 5 minutes until he comes out, tells us its only 2 to a hookah, and that even though only 2 of us are smoking, (2 guys who smoke, 2 girls who dont) we need to pay an extra 5 dollars per person for the luxury of sitting on their worn out second hand furniture. Left on the spot. Wont be here again. Ever.

If you like waiting for an hour for hookah refills definitely go here. The best part by far asking four times for our refills and they kindly gave us someone elses refill to try which was great but then they took it back. New coals? Nah. It was a great night. Thanks
