I love this place. Every time Im there, the waitresses are really nice, attentive, and check on you often to see if you need anything. The beer list has variety and is constantly changing. They even have whats going to be on tap listed on a sign on each table. I highly recommend their Pumking! It comes with a kind of sugary-syrup on the rim that just puts it over the top. The food here is incredibly consistent and sets itself apart from typical bar food. The zucchini planks appetizer is one of my favorite things there. Their breading is crisp on the outside but still soft on the inside, covering the slices of zucchini, with a nice wasabi ranch dipping sauce on the side. Ive had a lot of wraps and sandwiches from here and theyve all been great, especially their Buffalo Chicken wrap. Most things come with saratoga chips but you have an option to get sweet potato fries with an amazing cup cinnamon-butter to dip them in (my girlfriends favorite). The setup of this bar is great. Theres TVs everywhere in about every angle, so its tough to find a bad spot in the house to watch a sports game. This is one of the best sports bars in the area. I used to go to the Milford location all the time and they were just as good. Its great to see good consistency for a small business like this.

My wife and I went to Putters tonight for dinner with our 2 year old daughter. We put our name in for a party of three in a crowed restaurant. During our 46 minute wait, we watched party after party be seated before us, including many parties that arrived well after my family. A party of 4 that had been waiting less than 5 minutes was seated before my family, even though we had been waiting for over 25 mins. When we asked how that happened, we were told that it was a table for 8 and "we cant seat a party of less than 4 at that table." so, had we been a party of four (instead of 3) we would have been seated after a 5 min wait rather that 46 mins! Does that make any sense to you? We usually eat here at least twice a month and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Maybe the 15 year old hostesses should have asked their manager to apologize to us... This place is a joke and we will never be back!

Went there tonight for the first time with a friend. The menu selction had a nice variety of options so there is something for everyone. We came at 5ish, and it was pretty slow. The first thing that caught my attention upon entering was a large group of employees chatting, which is fine because it was slow. However, after my friend and I were seated these employees started watching us. We felt a bit uncomfortable, but figured they were bored. Our server was nice, but seemed rushed to get us out of our table although there wasnt a big crowd. Overall, I think the place is ok. Customer service needs improvement, but the food is decent. There are other places in West Chester that has better food & service, so I wont be back.

$4.75 for a tall beer on Saturday at 3pm. I can go to frickers and get an entire pitcher for $0.75 more. Our server was great, but after those prices Ill never be back. I came once a few years ago and was served the most lemon-lime 7&7 Ive ever had, upsetting to know standards havent changed at all. Too pricey for the value you receive. Food was OK at best, plus an upcharge for fries with a sandwich......Sorry Putters you need to become less greedy with your customers. Just because its West Chester doesnt mean youre customers are idiots. Changed my review to a 1 star after theor Facebook page decide to insult me and delete my review.

Went here weekly for years.. recently theyve started with trivia night. the last time we were there they had some AM station broadcasting live for the bengals pre-game. Trivia night, the PA is a little too loud.. but the radio station.. holy crap, i dont know how anyone could tolerate being in the room. We asked to be moved further away from the speakers, which we were. It was still too loud. We asked multiple servers and a manager to have it turned down.. nobody really cared. Ears were ringing when we left. havent been back. giving second star because this place had been great for years...

I love it here! I thought the customer service was great and the service staff was very friendly. All of the bartenders know the customers by name and it is a very fun and nice atmosphere. The wings are to die for and they have a great beer selection. They have 3 large parking lots, so even if they seem full you can try one of the other 2 lots. We all go here on the weekends to listen to the great bands and throughout the week for the specials and great service. I feel that the prices are standard and the value is great, some of the best food in the area! Great place!!!

Run! The food here is ok at best. My last visit to Putters will be my LAST visit to Putters. My husband and I both ended up with food poisoning. When I called the restaurant to report it I got the cold shoulder from the manager who then referred me to the owner. Well she was a gem! The insults rolled off her tongue a little too easy for me, it sounded as if she had had this complaint a time or two before. Do yourself a favor - and save yourself a trip to the ER. Eat somewhere else!

While traveling on business to the Liberty Twsp area, I made a wrong turn, and found myself in the parking lot of the Putters Tavern. Hungry and a bit thirsty,I went in. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. People were great, food was the best and the bartender, Erin gave me directions to where I was have the meeting. If you there in the area, stop by for a great time, great service. I am sorry I forgot to tip her, Oh well wont be back there for a little while.

Putters is a great place to hang out. I have met so many people who have become great friends at Putters. The bartenders are great! Randy, Lori, Brenna, Courtney, Patrick, The Servers like Natalie who will always serve you with a smile and care about giving you great quality service. If you havent tried it, you should go have a beer and an appetizer or dinner and dancing late nights...

Friendly servers, good beer selection good selection of sports bar food. I was a little disappointed with the wings after all the hype however maybe I ordered on an off night or the wrong flavor. We had 3 children with us it was easy for them to stay occupied safe to move around by themselves. For the amount of food received I thought it was very reasonably priced we will go back!

Great food but TERRIBLE customer service. The management DOES NOT care if you are happy. The wait was supposed to be 1 hour but it took 2 and they did not care. They also advertise several things but you MUST read the fine print even if it is NOT on the calendar you are reading. Again the management DOES NOT care. We will NEVER go back! Dine very carefully here!
