I went to pizza bar on Thursday with 2 friends. One of my friends and i arrived early! Our server came to table to take our order first of all its better loud in there with everyone talking so u have to talk loud!! She was not!! We could barely hear her. We ordered our food and drinks she seemed a bit off and snippy!!! We finally got our food!!! Usually drinks come before food. Me and my friend started to wonder after about 15 minutes where our drinks were! We had to ask where our drinks were.So when our server came back we asked her where our drinks were! She blamed it on the bartender being new or throwing away our ticket!! I think honestly she really forgot to put our order in. We finally got our drinks!!! After another 15 min. We asked her was she ok she said" she was having a bad night her and her boyfriend were breaking up. Now whose problem is that not mine! Your personal problems should be left at home! I work in customer service and i cant tell my customers im having a bad day!! After our other friend arrived she finally came back and asked did she have a menu how can she have a menu and she just arrived. She also sent someone else with our food they had no clue what we ordered!!! After we finished our food me and one of my friends ordered another drink! She brought them out my drink was full my friends was not she asked server why hers wasnt full she said they ran out of shot glasses and mine had sugar in it thats why it was full!!! What does that have to do with fullness of glass? My other friend ordered a drink also she brought out wrong drink! By this time we were a lil livid!! The server stormed off took my friends half empty drink back to the kitchen, the kitchen is not the bar! My coworker told her when she brought it back she didnt want it! Server really had attitude then!! Wow really! So after all this we asked to speak to the manager thinking he was gonna resolve our issue we were sadly mistaken! He listened to us and claimed he was gonna send her home and that the only reason she was there was because they were short staffed!! He never sent her home that was a lie!! She was supposed to comp us for her mistake for drinks too!!! He said hed fix our bill for inconvience! When we got the bill he himself should have come back out he sent another waitress to do his dirty work. We were not comped the 25percent he promised us instead he just took off drinks as if we were gonna be too stupid to read the bill and just pay! Mind u the adjustments took forever for him to do apparently he was hoping wed just give up and leave!! In the end nothing was solved he had an i dont care non chalant attitude and his waitress was rude and he condoned it because she should have been repramended for her actions! But what can u expect ghetto is as ghetto does!!! And u lead by example and a bad one it is! For the area i expected better service my fault it wont happen again will not be returning!!!

Im sure the food is fine, however the service is not. After getting off of work, I called in and placed an order to go for my husband so that I wouldnt be standing in the restaurant just waiting. The waitress on the phone explained that I would need to go to the bar upon arrival. Obviously this is not a place for kids, but I walked in with my one year daughter of whom I could not leave out in the car. There are no signs in this establishment that explains where to pay, sit, or stand for take out orders. With that being said, I walked to the bar explained that I had a to go order. While the bartender was going to get my meal, I placed my daughter in a chair (at the bar) so that I can get my money out of my purse. The manager, Ross (who just looked like some random person because he could not be identified as anyone of importance because of his plain and unprofessional attire) came over, did not even greet me, but was explaining to me in a very rude manner that I could not have my daughter at the bar. I explained to him that I had never been here and I was ordering for my husband whom wanted take out.I even asked where was I supposed to go because there was no sign. He still explained that I should have not had my daughter at the bar and explained it to me in a manner as if I am unfit mother and that I knew better. So I said ok. I picked up my daughter and moved, but had to come right back TO THE BAR because the waitress brought my food out for purchase. At this point, I am livid because I cant be at the bar with my daughter, but I have to pay for my order. I cannot place my daughter down because she will walk away while Im trying to get money out to pay. I cannot place her in a chair at a table by herself and walk away because she could climb down and possibly hurt herself. I explained what happened to the bartender. She explained that he was the manager. I explained to her that I understand rules and I had no intentions of ordering a drink at the bar but there was not a designated place for take out orders. In addition to the lack of proper signs and directions in this establishment, the approach from the Manager was very rude, unprofessional, and down right mean. It was either I put my daughter down of whom is walking and running and run after her, or confine her in a chair of which I did. If the manager would have approached me more professionally, I would not have requested a refund, nor would I be writing this not so good review.

Dont come here if you value your time. We came on a Sunday night and it wasnt that busy for us to have spent 2 hr on a medium pizza. It was very loud. Yes, its a bar but it was friday night at the club loud. We came here with high hopes and they definitely let us down. Bbq wings and fries where good but after we had that and ordered our pizza we were sitting around for more than an hour for a pizza. I finally got fed up and told the waitress that i wanted the pizza to go and she says they havent even put it in yet. I was mad at this point and said to take it off the ticket and ill pay for what i ate but she said that the cook was determined to get me my pizza if i waited alittle longer and it would be free so i said alright. I got the pizza and it was burnt. So thats how my sunday night was ruined.

Wonderful establishment !!!! I loved from when I first walked in how friendly everyone was to us. Even the security JORDAN was beyond nice !!!! Waitress was cool , and food came out at a timely matter . I didnt have to wait long at all even though it was a huge crowd !!!! The band was freaking amazing with ERICA DAWSON she needs to come back all the time. And my table didnt stay with trash at all - the guy kept cleaning tables constantly and that was very appreciative and showed how much they care about the establishment. Management was on site at all times !!! I have no complaints !!!!!! Thank u pizza bar for making this a great experience for me !!!! If you need a place to come wine down with a mature crowd this is the place to be . Food was amazing too
