Ive been to ~15 different Buffalo Wild Wings locations across the U.S. and the BWW next to University of Dayton was by far the WORST with respect to quality and cleanliness. SUMMARY: Dining area and quality of food were the worst Ive ever seen/had at a BWW location. This particular BWW was in desperate need of a deep clean and repair. Our waitress Katie provided timely and accurate service. This review is in no way a reflection of our waiting service, just a reflection of upper leaderships inability to effectively run a restaurant. My wife and I frequent Buffalo Wild Wings because I believe the BWW franchise to be a consistently clean, friendly, fun-filled atmosphere for watching games and getting wing deals on Tues/Thurs. 1) The dining room was filthy- My wife and I arrived right at 5 p.m. and were one of four parties sitting in the dining area (about 20%) of the areas capacity. The floor was covered in garbage and food (worst display of cleanliness Ive seen at a dine-in "chain" restaurant). The Manager (or someone who appeared to be the Manager) was standing at the bar, which is connected to the dining area. I thought that maybe they just needed to clean up after a "peak-hour" period or after a shift changeover, but no. The floor remained covered and disgusting the entirety of my meal (45 min). Not a single one of the 15 other employees working at the time took the initiative to do something about it either, which directly falls on leaderships inability to promote personal initiative within the workplace. 2) The quality of the wings were subpar. Trust me, I know that Buffalo Wild Wings, as a franchise, doesnt have the best wings out there, but they do provide consistency as a franchise. Out of the 50+ times Ive eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings, this location had the worst food- the traditional wings were fatty/gummy and falling apart. 3) The place is in desperate need of an overhaul/cosmetic repair. At the end of the day, I dont know how successful this specific location is, but the owner/operator and regional/corporate office need to take a look at this location and bring it up to speed with the rest of the franchise. The bathrooms had mildew on the ceiling tiles and the overall look of the place seemed as if it hadnt been updated in 10 years (maybe the look they were going for). This location is located right next to the main bar strip by University of Dayton, which may be why the place is in the condition that it is. That, however, is no excuse for the condition of this place. If they are going for the "college bar" look then they need to drop the franchise name and get into another business because I dont believe that this place represents Buffalo Wild Wings well. I know that the individual BWW locations tailor to the local community and atmosphere, but I can say without a doubt that I will never go back to this location. I am not vowing to never go back to another Buffalo Wild Wings because Ive had an overall good experience with the franchise. Ill just drive the extra 15 to 20 minutes to one of the other BWW in the Dayton area (unless, of course, those are operated by the same owner/operator team)...then Ill take my business elsewhere.

Horrible...went to bw3 on Brown St. Here in Dayton, Oh on a Tuesday evening Me and my cousin they werent that packed/over crowed or rushing.. But I ordered 5 wings mild well done extra crispy so they bring our food out and to my surprise my food was half cooked so I send it back my waiter brings it back tells me they cooked a fresh order mild sauce...so i look at the wings and they give me back the same wings I sent back still half cooked but with a lot of hot sauce...I gave it back and told them to keep it and take it off my Tab...I talked to the manager and he tells me by it being Tuesday and they running a special half of they are not allowed to cook the food well done or how the customer request it...Ive never heard of anything like that in my life...Overall Bw3 on Brown St. Dayton, Oh sucks and I will never eat there again however the Onion Rings were Delish

Great place to go to start out the night on Thursdays. While in school at UD I always came here on Thursdays for a few beers and to hang out with friends. The Photo Hunt game here is popular and it can be really tough to get a booth. If you really want a booth, come before 9pm because it gets really crowded later. I love the chicken tender wrap, its great for those of you who dont prefer wings or a spicy sauce. On Fridays and Saturdays later in the night this will be an older crowd, upper 20s, but still a fun place to hang out. I always recommend this place, the waiters and bartenders are great and they start to be familiar after going there for a few weeks!

I have been a regular to this place for several years now and never have had a problem with their food or service. But I guess everyone falls short every now and then. I went in with a friend of mines for drinks and dinner, spending a bunch of money at the bar. When my food was made wrong and the food issue was one that coud have made me very ill, the manager just shrugged his shoulders. I was very disappointed that my issue deemed unimportant nor was it resolved. Unfortunately I will think twice about stopping into one of my favorite chill spots again. P.S. The bartenders are GREAT though!

Terrible service. Took 10 minutes to even have a server come to the table. Restaurant wasnt busy either. Additionally, food arrived in to-go boxes, which was meant to force us to leave so they could clean. At 11:53pm, 7 minutes before closing, service staff proceeded to yell "7 minutes" so we knew that the restaurant was closing and they wanted us gone. Only order carry out, the service staff will ruin your dining experience. After working in the food service industry, I would consider this service abhorrent.

So the only reason why I come to bdubs is for the pita chips. Every Buffalo Wild Wings Ive been to has these great chips except this one. When I received my order of the garden crashed (which comes with the chips) I saw that they were plain chips that one would eat with salsa not the pita chips every other bdubs has. I then went up to ask for them and the worker responded giving me a weird look and promptly said "we dont have those ". Im extremely disappointed and will not return.

Let me first say we love bdubs. ! But our experience on specifically brown Street today sucked. !! We got served our food fast, but our server messed up our drink order. & once we ordered our food we didnt see her at all after that. She didnt acknowledge us, didnt come by & say how does everything look & taste. She didnt come over ask us for a refill. Im so disappointed with the way we were served. We wont be going back to the one on brown Street.

Order from the Brown St location when working. Every single time we order the orders are wrong. Food is missing, dressings are wrong, and last night not only was food missing but there was a hair in the chicken. Customer service has been horrible every time and when called and told about the problem the manager doesnt offer any solutions. Sad because our work orders range from $20-$200 and we will never order from there again.
