Awful absolutely awful zero stars for this place I stopped in on a Saturday at 4:15 pm had a seat at the bar to place a to-go-order. I was Ignored for approximately 1-2 minutes by the male and female bartender finally Warren asked if he could help me and gave me a menu the female acted like I was invisible she looked right at me and never acknowledged me ( only 3 ppl at the bar and less than 10 ppl in the whole restaurant ) Im looking over the menu the bartenders are clearing the dishes and cleaning bar area from previous customers. I selected a menu item closed the menu and slide it away from me (unspoken clue Im ready to order now) ok I waited patiently for Warren to ask me am I ready to order..does he.? No he does not...he continues cleaning.. then the couple at the bar ( the male) starts asking Warren hows the family man.? Warren starts telling him about the kids and the wife blah blah mind you this (male) has finished his meal already. I am a very patient and considerate person so I did not interrupt the conversation I did consider walking out Im seated 2 bar stools away from the couple so Warren I know you see me waiting very patiently for you to look over at me ( this is a small area) your carrying on as if you dont see me looking at you trying to make eye contact . Finally I say excuse me and you come over and immediately you start apologizing saying sorry I dont know where my mind is .... It should be on your customer and providing each customer with a decent experience I found your inattentiveness ridiculous in your presence I never let you think other wise because my food still needed to be prepared. I do not usually waste my time on writing reviews but felt compelled to do so because I felt Warren intentionally kept me waiting just to place a to-go-order ( only 2 ppl) at the bar he was not busy. Why make me wait while he held a personal conversation Warren should have told this (male) hold on let me take this order then resumed his conversation. I began writing this review while waiting for my order due to this experience and interaction with Warren at the bar.

Not as good as other Ruby Tuesdays. The burgers here are okay, the fries are the most incredibly salty things ever to have graced my mouth. What really brought the mark down was the terrible service. We asked for a high chair twice and none came, despite being promised one. I saw a high chair het put at the table next to us and thought they had messed up, so took that. It was sadly for someone else, but they got another and were fine. We ordered 5 water and one beer. We initially got 4 waters, 19 minutes later the beer came. Another 20 minutes later, still no water and we had asked for it twice! My husband went and found our server and asked again. We finally got it more than 5 minutes later. She dumped it on the table and walked off, having still not taken our order. She eventually decided we might need to eat and came back to take our order. The wait was a bit long, but okay, nothing like the wait for water or a high chair. We were done for quite some time, around 15/20 minutes before we managed to ask her for the check. Out water had not been offered to refilled at any point. We have eaten at other Ruby Tuesdays and had a good time, this one is best avoided.

Salad bar was filthy and empty. The dishes had water in them and filthy. Place is a dump. Management is nonexistent. Our server had 3 tables , but yet she couldnt manage to take dirty dishes off of our table or refill our water glasses. Asked if there were any managers on site and I was told they were all in the back. Sketchy looking people that did not have Uniforms on walking around the restaurant sitting at the bar and going back in the kitchen. They look like thugs. I was afraid we were going to get robbed when we left the restaurant. I will never go back to this restaurant ever. There were probably 10 servers on the floor, all on thier cell phones and sitting at tables. Another server smoking a cigarette by the front door. Personally I would have fired every single one of them. Im glad Ruby Tuesday is spending all of this money promoting their crappy salad bar. Especially for a airport location with 20 hotels within walking distance. Its also the first exit with food off of I-85 when youre coming in from the south.. All of the other restaurants around it had lines out the door and on a wait. Should have sent a flags for me.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THE HOSTESS WAS VERY NICE. HE SEATED US PROMPTLY. AFTER THAT EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL. THE WAITRESS APPROACHES WITH HER NOSTRIL SPREADED, EYES ROLLING AND SAYS "WHAT YALL DRINKING?" WE THEN REALIZED SHES GOING TO BE A PROBLEM. WE GO TO THE SALAD BAR COME BACK SHE APPROACHES AGAIN SAME FACIAL EXPRESSIONS. MY FRIENDS ASK QUESTIONS SHE CUTS THEM OFF, I ASK IS SHE OKAY SHE SAYS "UM HMM". THEN I TELL MY FRIENDS I THINK WE NEED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER SHE OVER HEARD AND SAYS "OH ILL GET HER." JUST BLATANTLY GHETTO. THE MANAGER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND MOVED US TO ANOTHER SECTION. AND LOW AND BEHOLD WE RUN INTO A TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL OLDER LADY. WE EXPLAIN HOW WE ENDED UP IN HER SECTION, SHE RESPONDS WITH "IM RUDE TOO YALL". MY MOUTH DROPPED. WHO IN THE HELL TRAINED YOU IN CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHY WOULD YOU EVER TELL CUSTOMERS YOURE RUDE? THEN SAYS CAN YOU DO A GOOD SURVEY ON ME BECAUSE I CURSE OUT THE MANAGERS AND EVERYBODY. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! THIS WAS THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.

Took us an hour and a half to get our food... and even then it came out all separately. 10 minutes apart between when the first meal came out (and it wasnt even the correct meal) and the next two. I saw our server hanging out in the back, by the server podium, etc so he wasnt that busy. At one point another server came over and brought our check and told us our server was scared to come back to the table. What?? He finally came back later. It took multiple requests to get anything. Drink refills, to-go box, to-go drink, hell the check. Now that I think about it my daughter never received her ramekin of bbq sauce. We finally got out of there after two and a half hours. Im not quite sure what the problem was. The restaurant wasnt horribly busy, I watched our server work but seemed to have plenty of downtime. I wouldnt recommend this restautant location unless you have hours to kill and like not getting what you ordered.

Well I ordered the CRSP CHK MAC CHZ pasta over the phone & when I had arrived it was never ready at the time of my arrival nor did they had my order completed. The bartender lady Phalicia told me they had ran out of the bread that was suppose to come with my order so I had asked for a discount. I felt like I shouldnt have to pay full price when one my order wasnt ready & then it wasnt finished with everything. She spoke to the GM on duty like I had asked her & neither manager which his name was JAMES because I had asked her came out to speak to me with their rude self. They told Phalicia that they cant give me a discount when its their fault that my order was never completely done. I like Ruby Tuesday dont get me wrong but I wont be coming back to this location. I usually go to Camp Creek area but I was in East Point at the time. Also they had poor communication neither employees & managers greeted at the door.
