Service is horrible! Every, single time we have gone there, it doesnt matter if were just picking up or dining in, the service is BAAAAD! First, the wait staff huddles together around the bar chatting, and complaining about customers within earshot of other customers. Second, it takes forever to get your food, I do not exaggerate "forever", the last time we dined in 20 minutes, the last time I called in an order (yesterday 7/14) I called at 2pm for pick up at 5pm, at 5:15 the food still wasnt ready. I always have to ask for water refill, and Ive had my bill incorrect twice, once the waitress didnt apply the gift card. Next, I dont think they have ever gotten my order correct. Holy Frijoles with extra chipotle sauce. Ive been there 5 times, ordered the same thing and its never been correct the first time. The manager provided me with a $25 gift card because they got it wrong twice on the one order. Lastly, there is no parking. Between the rental car agency, Penn Station and a very small lot, it spells disaster for any diners. If you find a spot, save yourself the aggrevation and just get a sandwich at Penn Station. I gave one start because I really, really like the Holy Frijoles. Its a shame I have to get it from them. :(

Not knowing there area we wanted to find something for the boys and the adults of our hockey team. We made the arrangements ahead of time for 40. We arrived that evening and after some discussion about how we wanted to be seated we all found our place. I have to tell you that the beer selection is second to none! The menu was perfect as the food was fresh and the prices were unbelievable! When the waitress asks how you want your Burger, you know its fresh! The turkey Burger was awesome as it was a meal in itself. The place was surrounded by TV screens so no matter the sport, or show, you were covered. The manager was even so gracious as to put on our hometown team. I cant say enough about the staff, everyone was so accomadating, gracious and for 40 people served us fast. What a great experience, thank you to the ALL the staff for an excellent night!

I really want to like this place - its within walking distance of my house, has a great beer selection, interesting burgers, good wings, and it isnt owned by a huge corporation. But, every time we come here we are plagued with some kind of problem... The worst being foreign objects in our salads - an uncooked french fry, a chewed up piece of plastic tab from a produce bag, and generally wilty and yucky produce. Weve also had a tough and tasteless chicken sandwiches, and really poor - borderline incompetent - service. All this plus a really loud juke box and a collection of sketchy friends of the staff congregating and making the feel far less than inviting. To top all of this off, my last review (which was not very complimentary) was DELETED.

Took my mom there for mothers day because she had a taste for a great burger. We have eaten there before & hands down one of the best if not best burgers in the burbs by us. It was great service & I wish I knew the guys name who took care of us to mention him in this review. He was attentive & very interactive with with making sure my mom & I were taken care of. Love their burgers & sauces are great too! Its a nice location with many tvs, great service & food-I will be back & look forward to bringing friends to check it out! To the guy(was the only server there when we arrived) who was there waiting on us between 2:30-3, thanks for everything!

Food is pretty decent, atmosphere is nice. Too bad the employees attitudes couldnt match with the rest of this place. There is absolutely no customer appreciation. My friends and I have both been here multiple times on separate occasions and we all got the same impression from the staff. Management seems uninvoled and the bartenders especially seem to hate their job. If they got new staff and had more of a customer appreciation focus this place would be much better off and get tons more business. I dont see this place lasting very long which is a shame because the Mayfield location is great and does well.

The bread was cold and tasted a day old plus stale. The burger was gross and the fries tasted as if they sat under a light to keep them warm. The waitress looked high off of some kind of drug and had no etiquette. No utensils unless you ask for them. This food tasted frozen and microwaved. Maybe they tried to flame it to trick the customers. They need to sample everything from Flip Side and re-think this whole thing. 3 stars so I wouldnt totally ruin them but they better step it up quick or expect to go out of business soon!

Just left this place with my husband and my daughter was terrible. Three waitresses one bartender and the " the restaurant stupidviser" was hiding in the back for the almost two hours that we were there. Our waitress was waiting on half of the restaurant so she was slow behind and definitely not on top of things. Our food was all over cooked or wrong and nobody cared. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody that I know. Dont ever go there period last time Ill ever take my family to this place.

Philly Cheese Steak meat was tough and rubbery. Fries where close to burnt. Service was slow and it wasnt busy. After the wife finished eating, the waitress didnt come back to the table for 20 minutes. Had to get up and ask for the check. When she finally came with the check, I refused to let her leave without taking my CC in fear it would be another 20 min to come back. Only reason this gets a star is because my wifes wings were good. My first and last time.

The BEST burger place Ive ever been to. Its an amazing sports bar with great drinks and tons of tvs on every wall with every sports game on. The burgers themselves are by far the best Ive ever had. I god the Oh Cheesus (A burger with cheese between 2 grilled cheese sandwiches) Its my new favorite burger. The artichoke dip is also good. 11/10 by FAR! Keep up the good work!

Visited the Solon Store on 6-15-15. Very misleading Monday night menu special. $5 burgers were advertised. We found out only after we received our check that it was only for the Simple Susan burger. No where did it say this and even the web site says $5 burger night. The restaurant would not compensate. I felt ripped off and scammed. I wont ever be back.

Burgers 2 Beer has a great concept that continually falls short of its potential. The burgers are good, but the taste is never quite right. The staff is friendly, but Ive had more than a few mix-ups on my orders. Overall I think this is a pretty decent place, but just not up to par with some of the other burger joints in town.

The burgers are decent and pretty good beer selection on draft and more in bottles. Lots of TV with different sports on which is great. Waitress was a bit grumpy. Didnt seem happy to be there. Not cheap for a burger place. Our bill was over $70 for 2 appetizers, 2 beers, 2 burgers and 2 kids meals.
