This was my first Shake Shack experience. I had a Bacon Cheddar Shack w/ side of fries, sweet tea, and a strawberry milkshake. The cashier rang in a small sweet tea instead of the large I had asked for. Oh well. The place was very busy (1pm on a Sunday) and there were no inside seats available. Seating capacity is listed at 226, but there seems to be less than 75 seats inside. Too small for the busy location in a touristy area. I received my food and proceeded outside to a picnic table. As soon as I sat down, the sky opened and it started pouring. There is a "covered" area outside, but the cover is a net and rain still comes through. I went back inside to stand awkwardly until a seat opened up. Since it was raining out, guests lingered more than usual. Once seated, I was underwhelmed with the burger. Although being told all burgers are cooked medium, mine was beyond well done, and fairly dry. The bacon was nice and thick, and freshly made. The cheddar sauce helped with the dryness of the meat. A single seems too small for someone with an appetite, but $10 for a double seems high when you can get a more flavorful burger and fries from Five Guys for less money, and add whatever toppings you want. The Strawberry shake was slightly disappointing. It was not well mixed, and either liquid in some spots, and very solid in others. Overall I was not impressed, and the location needs more seating. I would go to Five Guys before hitting Shake Shack again.

I’m a huge fan of In and Out being from CA so I definitely wanted to check out Shake Shack since I was on the East Coast to see what everyone is talking about. It got the Smokeshack which is a cheeseburger with bacon and cherry peppers and it was really good! The burger was cooked well, and the peppers added some good flavor and heat, and the bacon and cheese is really good. My only complaint was that the burger was really small and it didn’t have any veggies in it. Luckily, we got an order of fries with cheese on top and that was really good. I have to admit it’s better than in and out fries. Overall, I thought the burger and fries were really good, but it wasn’t very filling. I also tried a coffee shake. That was delicious!

Ambiente muito agradável, com atendimento impecável. Primam pela excelência na comida. Não há fotos com sanduíches gigantes, como nos outros estabelecimentos. O que está no menu (na parede) é entregue como tem de ser. Passando em Orlando não deixem de pintar no Shake Shack.

Burger was really good, service was fast for the time of day. Friend said the chicken was vety good. But the fries were very bland and looked like Orida fries. Get the cheese sause, it gives them flavor! Lemonade was horrible, no sweetness what so ever, might have well been licking a lemon. Strawberry milkshake minus the strawberries anyone? Prices were way over the top, family of 4 was $55 ! But given they are on I Drive, they can take advantage of the tourist. Thank goodness for free valet parking :)

This place is amazing! Everything, about it: -The food. The chicken sandwich is impeccable, one of the best Ive ever had. -The environment. The facility is newer and very, very clean. -The surroundings. Theres a few games inside and outside of the building, which you can play while you wait for your food. Overall very laid back feel. -The service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Once had an issue with my order and one of the gentleman made it an urgent matter for the staff to fix.

Overpriced very small hamburgers and the raspberry lemonade was just a disgusting artificial tang... My mother ordered the chicken sandwich and it was undercooked, left her sick. Guess they dont care about the dangers of salmonella poisoning from undercooked chicken. Besides that they dont know how to cook, they definitely will get your food out fast. Apparently they dont like to cook their burgers well done neither. Despite my request for my burger to be well done, still was medium well.

VERY Tasty burgers and fries (you can eat the fries without ketchup and they are delicious). A bit on the pricey side. I found the employees to be bored and uninterested ......... and frankly, a little annoyed that I was even there, which was NOT a good experience. The shakes are as average as they come. The vanilla shake that I bought was expensive, served in a tiny cup, and tasted exactly like a Burger King shake. Go for the burger and fries, but save your $$$ on the shakes.

Excelente lugar buenas papas hamburguesas todo limpio buena atención. Los precios un poco altos. Y los refrescos son un problema para recargar. Tienes que hacer cola o te ahogas con la comida para un refill. Eso es lo único malo.

Severely overpriced Id rather go to five guys over this place. $5 plus dollars for an small McDonalds size milkshake and it tasted like a very basic homemade milkshake with Hersey chocolate syrup. Burger was half decent. Only 2 had issues the buns were way to small for the double stake and the burger was over saturated with there sauce. Then the fries looked like Orinda crinkle fries you get from your grocery store. Hopefully this helps someone out.

Placed an order to go for a double burger and a shake. I did not get a receipt. While waiting, i used the rest room where the water did not work. Received the order and found they were out of ketchup. Ten minutes later they filled the containers. Got back to the car only to find they gave me a single burger. Make sure you get a receipt and double check what they put in the to-go bag. I wont be back due to their lack of organization.

Went on a Friday night the place was very crowed. Had to park in the parking garage on the 3rd floor. Got 2 orders of the Shake shack burger, fries, and salted caramel shake. Had to wait 10 minutes or so for food, but the burger and fries were delicious. Bottom line...if you dont mind the tourist and crowds on a Friday night, not a bad place. The place is a bit pricey though. So think twice if you have a large family.

First stop on an I-drive food tour...Easy parking at nearby garage. Shack Burger was delicious. Grilled Hot dog was good too. Had a chocolate shake..tasted good...it was just smaller than I expected. The Shake Shack Team members were fantastic! From ordering, to delivering food, getting refills...each one was helpful and kind. Family of 5 (kids 7, 6 and 2) ate for $44.00 #offthecuffeatsIDrive

Definitely my favorite of the "better burger" places. Its not full of frills, but has very consistent burgers that are always good and good enough crinkle cut fries, although theyre not going to win any awards. Custard (milkshakes) are really good as well, with rotating flavors each month. They also have Brooklyn Brewery on tap, and this location has table shuffleboard and foosball.
