Lousy service!!! Took 10 mins to get seated, not because they were busy, there was no one at the front to seat us! They are over !!priced in my opinion 13.50 for a burger is expensive!;and their bottomless fries is a total joke my plate initially came out with 9 fries on it ordered more 20 mins later still didnt have them ,it took talking to the manager to get them!! Im sorry if you pay 60 dollars for 3 people for hamburgers, you should at least get good service!! The server was friendly , but stretched way to thin! The manager did comp us a free desert it was not an enjoyable experiance!

Ive never had a bad meal here, and I love the variety they offer. I do not eat meat, and I can come up with a million different veggie options here. However, in the last year, our service is terrible. We noticed since the addition of those little screens on your table, the service has just gone down. We try to eat local, but always made an exception for Red robin in the past. We dont eat here as much as we used to because those computer screen things ruin the experience.

Went here the other day for supper and as always they were delicious. I got the pig out Tavern double and it was awesome, try swapping American cheese for bluecheese if thats your thing. The cool part is that when I went to pay I got a free burger from my loyalty card and ended up only spending a 1.81 after tip because of a gift card my wife got for mothers day. Cant beat that

Arrived 5:15 on a Tuesday. Seated at 5:30 as promised. Sat for 15 minutes until someone finally took out order. Meal served 20 min later. Burnt fries, undercooked burger. Ordered more fries immediately, finally arrived 6:20. Thats 50 minutes to get edible fries at a restaraunt that claims to serve bottomless fries as a menu staple.

They had on ESPN, which was cool. But bowling was on so I was originally disinterested. I got to watching and saw that both of these professional bowlers were terrible. They were working really hard to win the grand prize of a used 2003 Chrysler Sebring with 80k miles on it and I was riveted. Also the food was good or whatever

Great food as always! My wife and I love this place and have never had an issue with food, service or anything really at all! Have had Tim as a server multiple times now and he always does a great job, probably the best service from him, which is hard to find these days! Keep it up Tim!

Me and my SO went here yesterday. Tim was our server. Tim is super friendly and really made our experience wonderful! The atmosphere has definitely changed from what it used to be, but its defiantly an upgrade! I was very pleased that they kept the ceasar wrap on the menu!

Never had a bad burger here, and they have some very unique ones, too (nacho burger?!) Ive only had one poor server, but i consider it a fluke. The manager has always come to check on us, which is a nice touch. Food comes out hot, fresh, and fast.

The double tavern burger is my favorite. The best burger I ever had. My server was Anthony and he was a very attentive server and made us feel very welcomed. The manager was a very nice man. I visited on May 10th 2017 and plan on returning very soon.

Took another one of my favorite things if the menu again. First insane romaine, now zucchini and mushrooms. They need to stop changing the menu. This meal was ok and the service was great. But not getting what I went there for is disappointing

Great service, got seated and waited on quickly, drinks were constantly refilled right before empty. Was asked repeatedly if we needed more bottomless fries. Waiter did a great job. Good was very good. Excellent experience!

Our Server was a cheerful young woman named Jenn. Even though my Guac Burger showed up "guacless" it was quickly rectified. Great meal. It did smell a little funky inside though, oh well.
