I live 2 blocks away and have visited this place several times over the years for different reasons each time. Each time I found the place seriously lacking in some way. Basically the only thing this place had going for it was that they had a pretty good brunch on Sunday (with all you can drink mimosa or bloody mary for $12. The first time I went the food was perfect. The second time I went the brunch food had been changed and was not as good as before, but still decent. Unfortunately last Sunday I went after not going for 2 months. I asked the bartender if they still had their brunch, she replied that they did and got me a mimosa. I looked around not seeing any brunch menus and asked for a menu, she then says, oh we dont do brunch food anymore, just the drinks. Then she directed me to the menu full of greasy burgers at 11am...I left after having 2 mimosas. Luckily she realized her mistake without me having to bring it up and only charged me $3 per mimosa instead of the full $12. I have been there before for dinner and found their menu extremely childish. I settled on a burger that was maybe 2 ounces of meat and extremely greasy for $15. Kind of a joke. I think I have been here 5 times and they also had my 20 year reunion here. We were supposed to have the place to ourselves for 3 hours but the waitstaff couldnt wait to get the 110 of us out so they started letting in outsiders early. Ive tried to like this place, but its not working out.

They just cant get good management. I live in the neighborhood. Only place for miles to sit on a patio with my kid and puppy to get a burger so we keep trying, hoping it will get better. Nope... Bartenders are horrendous. Checking Facebook messages on their phones while you stand patiently at the bar watching 8 away. Others at the bar will say "its been like this all night". Server station inside faces the wall and becomes a social circle for the servers. Resulting in all severs with their backs facing the door and the tables??? Management doesnt do walk throughs to check on table satisfaction. As a matter of fact I dont believe Ive ever seen an employee in this establishment that looks like they are a manager? Limited craft beer selection and the staff is lucky if they know about a quarter of them. Standard released beers, nothing special. Redeeming points: There have been a few servers who actually do care about their tables. They dont last long here. The burgers are quality, but hit or miss depending on how busy the place is. Turkey burgers are tolerable. Kids menu has gotten better, as its just smaller servings of adult food. But still dont try for vegan or veg, Youll get looks like youre from another planet. This review is a diagnosis of the past few years since this place opened. Little has gotten better outside of an attempt to bring some good beer to the otherwise college beer pong menu... It is really a toss up between being a 3 and 4 star bar. I thought that the stuffed burgers really were good and I asked them to make extra crispy fries and they did so. All the other food (chicken strips and chicken sandwich) we ordered was good too but the things I didnt like was the loudness of the place and the service. The server was sweet and appeared to be a young high school student. She really did her best but she was slow. We had to asked repeatedly to have our drinks filled, showing she didnt care or she was inexperienced. The food was a little slow to come out but the were packed so I can understand being in the weeds. The loudness of the place really hurts my ears. It was packed and the people were talking loud in order to be heard over the MP3 online player mounted on the wall behind us. I always found this bothersome in bars. Owners/managers should lower the volume to allow for people to talk. The louder the music the louder the people are when they are talking. Overall I liked it and I will return.

Food is good.... Drink specials are great.... Bar staff sucks! Every time I go its 5 mins before I am greeted and its usually not a friendly one at that. They act like they are better than you, thats the impression that I got anyway. I tip good too dang it! I still got back because the food, the specials, and its literally 2 mins from my house. Bartenders.... I bet you would make WAAAAYYYY more money with a smile and some pleasant small talk. Trust me it works...I bartended in college and paid my tuition with the money I made. Just a suggestion! UPDATE: The management staff must have read these reviews. The bar staff has changed, a lot of new way nicer faces. Apparently a few new people transfered from other restaurants and thank goodness! They say hi to you as soon as they sit down even if they cant get to you. Nicole is awesome among some of the other new ladies and gents! Way to step up Graffiti Junktion Longwood!

Went there last night for an office party. Ok, so the burgers are $$ but its freaking huge! I ordered the Big Apple Burger. Yes, I ordered it cause its different and I thought I wouldnt like it. The sweet & tart flavor of the raw green apples paired with the lean juice burger topped with thick rich brie was 4 inches tall! Not to mention the new flavors of chicken wings that taste great. The sweet chili ones were my favorite. The staff was really great.. The place was booming and yet our food was done correctly the 1st time and fast. Not to mention they kept all our orders straight. With a few exception on here. Many of the negative reviews are almost a year old. Sites like Facebook & Foursquare have far more reviews of this place.

When we first visited Graffiti Junktion, the burgers were fresh & juicy & tasted like they had just come off the grill in the backyard! It guickly became our go-to place for a "good old greasy (flavorful) cheeseburger" that we highly recommended to friends. Not sure what happened in the last year but on our last two visits it was a completely different place! On both occasions we spoke to a manager (after we paid our tab) but the problem isnt in how the food was prepared but rather in the quality of the ingredients being used... the burgers were as hard, dry & flavorless as hockey pucks. What a disappointment! We definately wont be coming back & wont be recommending it any longer.

We went in to play tasty trivia tonight and only missed one point yet we did not win because there is a house rule that awards 10 bonus points if you bring in your old score sheet from the previous week.The host never announced this rule he just told me that everyone knows that if you turn in the sheet you get 10 bonus points. So we bring 6 people into your business and spend $200 to hopefully win a little money playing trivia and find out that there is NO way a new team can ever win.....not sure if me or my 5 friends will come back into your establishment...or ever play with tasty trivia...if the house rules are always different.
