Unfortunately my visit was awful . I like red robin every now and then but. I now see why they have already closed the other location in the Cleveland area. I went to the rest room it was awful the mirror was stained and looked to have all types of stains and grime on it. Absolutely filthy and no toilet paper in the stalls( which had about 4 spots for tp but all were empty) It looked like no one walked them all day or even the night before. We never got to eat because the server was not informed of the current promotion and it went down hill even further when the manager came over .instead of listening to our concerns he felt the need to say how long he has been with the company and how he has never heard of the promotion my wife was attempting to describe to him. He elected not to manage a situation but to add to the frustration by not even looking at the coupon and even walked away while my wife was talking to him. Of course the coupon was accurate and he and the server were wrong but by that time he came back after looking up my wifes promo and made an adjustment he still wanted to still wanted to talk about how he felt disrespected. I think he was embarrassed because he was wrong. we just left and called it a night .we did not trust them making our food after that this actually ruined our family night and our last night with my daughter who was visiting for the summer .

I took my family of 7 to the Red Robin in Willoughby, Ohio. They were running a promotion and "Offer begins 7/20/17 and ends 7/30/17. Valid at participating locations. Dine in restaurant and receive 50% off a Fire-Grilled Gourmet Burger with purchase of an additional Gourmet, Finest or Big Tavern Burger; entrée; entrée salad or sandwich." I was told I could only get the gourmet burger. I disagreed and showed the email to my server. She said ok and went away. Moments later her manager, Dominic, comes to the table and aggressively tells me that my email is wrong. I try to show it to him, but he refused to look or be corrected. He walked away while I was trying to explain to him. He turned around and came back stating he would not argue with me. I was confused, like how did this all happen. I became so upset with him that I asked for his managers name. I go to the restroom and come back to the table and there is a check on the table. I HAD NOT BEEN SERVED ANY FOOD!. We were so frustrated we decided to leave and when I asked his name he accused me of walking out on my bill. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Its probably one of the best place I go for burgers. It does offer alot of choices even outside of burgers. I rarely have any issues. They are usually related to food was wrong. And usually the cook that messes it up seems to be gone next time I come. Sometimes the waiters dont hear your order right to. Mainly because it can be loud during peak hours. Thankfully they have tables/booths in the bar area so you dont have to deal with the loud main room. The shakes are great and probably my fav food there are the fries. They are unlimited and GREAT. On top of that they also offer unlimited sweet potato fries and unlimited garlic/cheese fries which are my new bad habit. If I had to think of a legit complaint it would be they took away to many tvs. They also seem to have tables that feel wobbly at times. Though the booth is way better. Sometimes you dont see your waiter for awhile but Im ok with waiting.

Cooks cant hear if you want a burger medium, well, rare, etc--it has to be either "pink or no pink." Burgers are regularly served lukewarm to cold, and the chances that they will get instructions pertaining to each order right--for instance, what side item you wanted--are a crapshoot, at best. Apparently management discourages refills on the $2.50 pops. Have never had just one server take care of us for entire meal. Different people taking orders and delivering, which leads to screwups. Theres a McDonalds across the street; itll offer the same level of taste and service at a much more reasonable price.

Walked in and didnt get greeted by 2 employees that walked to the front. Then walked to the bar to order a to go order and stood there for 10 minutes while 2 bartenders proceeded to clean behind the bar and ignore us. Not even a hi. Then I approached them and asked if they work there because I had been standing there for 10 minutes and she responds by saying "Im actually I just saw you guys walk in it hasnt been 10 minutes" which was not true but even if it was hmm if you saw us wouldnt you think to say hello and take our order..? Terrible service.

This was my first time at this location and it was terrible. I ordered food online to go. I waited 15 minutes past my requested time to get my food. My burger had the wrong cheese and no lettuce, I got maybe 10 fries, my coke had ice when I requested no ice, and I ordered a cheesecake that came with a raspberry sauce but got no lid so it was all over everything by the time I got home. I called and spoke to the manager about my disappointment and they offered to send me a $20 gift certificate to my email. I still have not received it.

Took my 18 year old daughter there for dinner. They seated us in the bar, and when the waitress came over to our table to take our order she asked me if she was 21. I said no, and she left. When she came back, she said we would have to go back to the lobby to be seated because the bar is 21 and over. They then sat us at a small booth near the waitress station. We sat there for 10 minutes without a server greeting us, while two employees stood directly behind me while chatting with each other. I will never go back there again.

Always tasty food at a decent value. Service is hit or miss, hence the 4-star review. Love the bottomless fries! Used the mens bathroom during my visit. Be forewarned, the trash can was overflowing, the urinal had a large puddle of you-know-what under it, and the bathroom odor matched the condition of the urinal. On a better note, management is always friendly and attentive. Bottom line: stop on in for a great burger, just hold it if you have to use the restroom!

I would say 75% of the time i order carry out there is food missing when we get home. And then you have to go back and get the food they forgot to give you. And rather than do the right thing and remake the food they forgot to give you in the first place, they give you the original food they made and it is now cold. Management needs to step it up. If this continues we wont be eating here any more.

Service is slow Not sure how you mess up three times on one burger. Manager is rude hes been there too long time for a change! Bathrooms gross. The girl that checks the food before it comes out wore no gloves she was touching all the food fixing her hair and checking her phone all while touching food when its good its good but that seems to be a 1 out of 10 chance
