I fell in love my first time. The burgers were amazing, the shakes and floats are astounding, and they will definitely earn me as a customer again! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken burger, but also sampled bites from two other beef burgers on the menu and everything was more than flavorful and delicious. The fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Devon, an employee who worked there, was very friendly and knowledgeable (despite being fairly new at his job) and was more than generous helping us with to go boxes and lids for our cups, and offering future menu suggestions and information about the company. The atmosphere in Burger 21 is clean with a modern take but very relaxing and inviting, even with a large group of guys and a few other couples in the dining area. I like the combination of "fast food style" ordering with "restaurant style" service (similar to Fuddruckers and a few other good burger joints). I cant wait to try some of the new suggested burgers!

Order took a while. Not a big deal. The food was average though. First thing I see on the tv screen behind the counter is a fancy burger with asparagus, fried egg, and gruyere cheese. I look at the paper menu they provide and what are the options I see? Black and blue burger, bbq bacon burger, nothing nearly as unique as that one item. So we order, two burgers, water, one chocolate malt shake. $20. Kinda pricey for burgers, so they must be awesome. Nope. My meat looked pre-formed from a box and tasted like it wasnt thawed, just tossed on the grill until it turned black. It was kinda mealy and dry. My girlfriend liked her turkey burger, had no complaints. But turkey? Meh. Her sandwich had a nice slice of tomato, mine looked like I got the last slice of one, it was about the size of a half dollar coin. Shake was good. Overall I just wouldnt go back. There are places that serve fancy burgers that taste better, and ones that serve plain burgers that taste better.

I have come here since they opened and loved it. Returning today i was horribly dissapointed and wont be returning. Iam a hard critic being a cook myself, but some things are just a huge turn off. I ordered a medium burger and my fork barely touched it and it crumbled apart with raw beef. The middle was pure raw and unsettling. I never send food back for fear of it being spit in, my theory is just get it right the first time. I ripped it open so the server could see when they picked it up but they said nothing. Next to me at the shake bar are teo employees, hopefully on break, texting and sleeping in the counter. In full uniform. Just take off the hat?? All the employees used to be lively and now this new staff is like a zombie graveyard of annoyed employees. I do have to say i appreciate the hygiene level which is very high. Clean and clear place thank goodness. This just was not a good experience and will be my last here.

Went in around 4:30 pm this afternoon after reading the other reviews. When I ordered a cheeseburger, the cashier says, "Medium well is good for you, yes?" I asked for mine to be cooked medium. My burger came out, I walked out to my car and took a bite of a brown, raw, mush burger that was so saturated with grease it literally fell apart in crumples. By far the worst cheeseburger I have had in a very, very long time. I took it right back inside and gave it to them, explained the problem, and walked right back out. I saw no need to wait around for another burger if the cook does not know how to cook a simple cheeseburger. This is what you do, right? I didnt wait for a refund, and I will not be returning. Now I see why they try get you to agree to medium well when you order it, because they have no clue how to cook it any other way. What other burger place suggests to you how you want your burger cooked when you order it?

Went to eat a late lunch today, I ordered the Greek veggie and my boyfriend the Mediterranean chicken. We were both enjoying our burgers till more than half way through; my boyfriends face completely changed. His face went from total enjoyment to total disgust. The part of the burger he bit into was luke warm, vainy, and uncooked. We took it up to the cashier who was very uninterested by the situation. He went to get a manager who was equally as unsympathetic. They didnt even apologise, which leads me to believe that is not uncommon for this location. This will be the last time we will be eating at this particular location. Although I was refunded money the lack of concern, was extremely off putting.

A burger boutique, I guess is what you could call it. Medium sized minimal highly decorated room with plenty of space. All the sauces you may need for your burger including roasted marshmallows (?). Also, toppings for days. Sure they have premade burgers to order, but you can customize any burger really any way you want it from beef to bun, its amazing. Then the burgers are cooked very nicely, though a tiny bit on the rare side they are delicious. Sadly I ordered a milkshake buy forgot they didnt give it to me until the place closed, I heard the milkshakes and floats are good to. A very very good spot for your casual monster burger and some fries.

Burger 21 has very good burgers with more variations than youll know what to do with. The service and offerings are very good. The gluten free offerings are more plentiful than most restaurants. I visited with a strict gluten free individual and he remarked about how good the burger was, specifically the gluten free bun. The milkshakes here should not be ignored. Theyre incredible. My only complaint is that the price can get a bit high here for a lunch of burger, fries and a drink. Youll be looking at approximately $12-14. Lastly, try the sweet potato fries.

First time checking out Burger 21. I ordered the Tex Mex with a fried egg (gotta get an egg, so delish on burgers.) We didnt order the suggested temperature of medium well and did medium (maybe forcing them to cook a fresh burger patty.) Took a little longer for our meal to come out, about 18 minutes. The burgers didnt disappoint. They were more of a medium rare than medium but luckily for them we still like medium rare. Did not need any extra condiments, it was perfect as it came. So needless to say, pretty satisfied experience. Will check back again.

I first tried this place yesterday and the burger was fine. No big issue. However, today my order was a complete mess. Ordered with Uber eats and the wrong order was delivered. I called Uber and got my money back. Reoder with explicit directions for well done. The burger was at best medium well abd the egg was runny... I hate runny eggs. I also asked for ketchup and mayo on the side. It was on the burger Not on the side. Not sure if Ill give them a third chance. Attention to detail is important to me when it comes to my food.

I entered this restaurant to find a line at the counter and no staff around. Waited a few minutes, and two in line gave up and left. I went to the kitchen, and called out louder and louder until finally a girl glared at me through the kitchen door window. I went back to the counter, and she came out after another couple of minutes. I decided to eat elsewhere. This place is too overpriced and has too much nearby competition for me to deal with NO service topped with attitude. Dont waste your time and money.
