I go here all the time because Main St only offers so much for us college kids. The food is standard Burger King, not necessarily great but not the worst. I usually get iced coffees or icees and theyre always perfect. Ive never had a problem with any workers there, theyre always fast, friendly, and efficient. If anything, they usually have one person up front doing all the work while all the grill members seemingly talk about nothing and goof off. Ive watched a girl struggle up front doing drive thru, running orders, and doing front counter, while a manager and two other employees stood to the side and talked. Customer service is great, food is decent, wait time is very short.

Very disappointed in the service, I went there pretty frequently as it was on my way to work but I will no longer be frequenting this establishment. I never had an issue with the Original Chicken Sandwich but I stopped ordering the hot dogs because they were burned 2 out of the 3 times I ordered them (and Im one who likes a bit of char on his food) then today I ordered two 10 piece nuggets and I received 14 nuggets. Im not normally one to write a negative review or a review at all for that matter but I was a cook for two and a half years and this just shows a lack of concern for not only the customer but their job so I can only imagine what else they arent doing correctly.

The food was okay, not tossed together, and came out in a timely manner. My only real issue was that the tables and floors needed to be cleaned up a bit. The free "whopperWiFi" is a bit of misnomer as the it kept cutting out, use Dunkin Donuts instead. :-p The staff were nice during my visit and Ill probably make a return trip in the near future!

It would be great if Kent had more than one fast food place. Taco Bell gets all the customers because our Burger King cant seem to make things any later than 9 or 10pm. All out of fries and nuggets 3 1/2 before close.

Slightly above average fast food. Stay clear of the traditional chicken sandwich that is their n the shape of a football, yuck! Breakfast is probably their best meal. Their croissants are normally spot on.

I use the wifi here all the time without a problem. Works from parking lot or inside the play place , cant speak for the seating area.
