Horrible. I should stop there, but I wont. Being that this was the biggest disaster of a dinner that Ive experienced in a long time, Im just going to list out the issues. - Breadsticks: Hard and stale. Its one of the two main reasons people even go to Olive Garden! New batch every 15 minutes my ass. We had 2 batches of crap. - Salad: The second of the two main reasons people even go to Olive Garden. Salad was a bit limp. More than usual. But they forgot the croutons. Really? - Order; Cheese Ravioli, w/ Meat Sauce and a side of Italian Sausage: First, the orders all came out and they forgot the Italian Sausage. When she went back for the sausage, I noticed that the Ravioli had the consistency of a dry rubber sponge and was covered with Marinara. When she came back with the Sausage, I mentioned this and she took the Ravioli back. Several minutes later she brought back a "fresh" plate of Ravioli. Im pretty sure it was the same plate, now with Meat Sauce on top. Ravioli still had the same rubber spongy consistency. And, by this time, Italian Sausage was nice and room temperature. However, to make up for this disaster, our server said her manager was going to take this plate off of our bill. - Chicken Marsala: Forgot the sauce. Was finished with 3/4 of the meal before the sauce showed up. - Salmon: Dry and tasteless but the marsala sauce helped. - Kids Spaghetti with butter sauce: Dry crunchy old spaghetti. Awesome! Way to go, Olive Garden. Boil water, drop pasta, dont over or under cook, serve. Serve garbage. - Red wine: Sounds weird but pretty sure it was watered down. Looked and tasted very thin. Beyond that, our server proceeded to tell us how she was a vegetarian and showed her disliking of the thought of eating meat.... while we were ordering. Every issue we had, she had a quick person to blame for the issue. Even down to the Ravioli not being taken off of the bill. That, of course, was her managers fault. To go further - If the manager knew of this issue, or any of the issues, you would think they would come out and address this issue. Just out of respect and decency. That gesture (as pointed out in other reviews of mine) can go a very long way. Unfortunately we couldnt even tell you if a manager was working. We also noticed other tables around us also having issues. Would I go back? No. Absolutely not. Not to this location. Not even for a Make-A-Wish request. I would discourage anyone I knew from going here. This was NOT a one time event. Weve been to this location a few times. None of them being stellar. I do understand that Olive Garden is the "fast food" of Italian Food, but I expect more. Two adults and two kids will easily spend $40 - $50 on a dinner, before tip. That being said, I guess I expect a little more for my money. I can get fresher tasting food off of a value menu through a fast food drive through. These chains that make up Generica (Olive Garden, Applebees, T.G.I.Fridays, Chilis, etc.) poorly serve nothing but garbage anymore. So you go to these places, get served just plain bad food and YOU are the jerk for not tipping 20%. My goal is to start looking a little bit harder. There are local, independent and smaller businesses that care about the product they serve, the service they provide and have pride in what they do to go along with it. I encourage more people to stop settling for less.

We usually like Olive Garden but the last few months we have had a not so joyfully experience. Im not really one to complain and understand having a bad night In the food industry. But after so many bad trips in a row, something needs to be fixed. This last time really did it for me! We ordered stuffed mushrooms like usual and they came out cold and raw! Our salads and food came out at the same time, and our food was all under cooked and cold. I personally tryed the new chicken margarita and its signature side was breaded zucchini. I love zucchini and was excited till I received it and it was cold hard and not cooked at all! It was kind of deceiving to read breaded zucchini in the menu and to receive zucchini with a few bread crumbs sprinkled on top. If it had been cooked Id have eaten it no problem. But it wasnt so i asked for something eles, and chose asparagus. It came out after I was finished eating my salad and my chicken. And everyone was done. It wasnt cooked either so I dint even bother to take it home. The manager took the mushrooms, and my meal off the check. But were sad that the place has gone so down hill that they couldnt even tell they sent raw veggies out to a table. I could tell just by looking at all of it that it wasnt cooked. How many employees did that make it threw to get to our table. It just shouldnt have happened.

I cant believe you guys. Called made appointment for rehearsal dinner for 35. A month ago. Verified two days ago. We show up and you guys say never heard of us no system for making party appointments managers just write notes on schedules? ?????. 30 minutes to sit us. And then 3 people rush in and just randomly starting taking meal and drink orders at the same time. No water, no checking with the father of the bride about weather I wanted to do the platter meals or off the menu meals, no asking me if I wanted wine nothing just hit us like they wanted us out as fast as possible. At no time while we were there did a manager check on us or even look in the room. I am Incredibly upset. Told that choices of menu were at "special" price which suggests they would be cheaper. But no, $15 a person for half sized portions(I took photos) youd be embarrassed and shocked what we were served. While on the tables were the current special buy a dinner and take one home for 12.99$ It was obvious that the 3 then 4 people working the room had other tables. Worst group service I ever had. For $800 I could have gone ANYWHERE else and gotten real service. Before I could order wine for the tables they had cleared the wine glasses off. I want someone to call me asap. We ate at the Middletown Ohio olive garden Thursday March 26th

Horrible. I called to order dinner and I said "Hi, I would like to place an order. The lady said with a VERY rude voice " *sigh*, fine, what?" I responded with "Im sorry, I dont mean to both you." Then get this, she responded with "Dont care, just order." Are you serious? Against my better judgment I did order and when I arrived to pick up my food, right away I recognized who it was by her voice/attitude, a white, slightly over weight female, 40s, working behind the bar. I paid for my food and left, got home and saw what she gave me. It was my order except it looked like she stuck her hand or object in it and smashed the food all around. If I had been rude to her, ok maybe I would of deserved it, but I was nothing but nice and put up with her bad attitude. I WILL NEVER GO TO OLIVE GARDEN AGAIN. And for those who read this post...youve been warned. Olive Garden should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves.
