Well, this is disappointing. On my visit to this location, the hostess never approached me and stood behind the counter for 5 minutes chatting with her co-workers. I went up to the bar and ordered some chicken tenders for starters, but had to sit in the dining area because there were no chairs up front! (The were probably remodeling or something.) Anyway, once I sat down, I had to get back up to get my food!! Confused, I asked to speak with the manager, but she was "unavailable." I didnt really care about her relationship status, so I just took my food and left. Talk about frustrating!!!

This place is complete trash. Its no wonder there is never a line or any cars there, but the McDonalds across the street is packed. Thirty minutes from the time we placed order in drive thru, got told to pull up and theyd bring it out to having to walk inside to find they had completely forgotten us. Wont ever be back.

Customer service was not that good. The manager said "I bagged your order,so I know you got it all" as if Id call to say 3 out of 10 burgers were missing. No sweetheart, Id tell you I didnt get more if I wanted to. Im sorry Im not a liar, oh and the food we did get, was cold and chicken fries were hard as a rock.

i went through drive thru on feb 1st ordered a big king combo and let me tell you it was under cooked and center bun was hard as a rock. absolutely TERRIBLE never again from me or anyone else i know!

Poor service. Fries were cold and old. Old oil used also. Im not a huge fan of BK but i wouldnt give a poor review because of it. Needs some service attention thru out the store.

Never really had any issues here. I was just here today and was through the drive thru in less less than or about 5 minutes. Hot food. Friendly. Cannot complain

If I dont ask for it to be cooked fresh when ordering my food is almost always old and cold. I loved burger king as a child now your just a big dissapointment.

Food is good but make sure you ask them to give you fresh fries. They seem to have no problem handing out cold, stale fries if you dont say anything.
