I have a major issue with place is not being open when their hours say they are. I got off work very late night slash early morning came by to try to pick something up to eat cuz I had nothing at home. My time would be better spent going to a gas station to get food because I pulled up here and they said their system was down and they had no idea how long it would take for it to come back online and it could be up to an hour or more. They then told me that this happens every morning for about the same time. If youre not going to be open for an hour then dont say youre 24/7. List your damn hours so I dont waste my time. Bottom line if its late and you need food dont bother going here just go home because theres no guarantee youll get anything. The only reason I recover crystals is because its late and its one of the few places open. As far as Im concerned they dont have anything off for me anymore so will not be returning

Im So sorry but Eating here is like Eating in the Ghetto Hood with a bunch of disrespectful Blacks that could care less if you live or Die. Damn..Why cant people earn respect by doing a good job and serving good food? It really hurts my feelings people are like this..or maybe I am just Stupid.

Just like its been forever bad food and dirty. I havent been in a long time. So I said ok lets try it. You way I would describe it would be consistent. They have sucked constantly for years! One bright side was the lady at the counter Jennet was wonderful!

Extremely slow service, flies flying around inside the dining area while youre eating, as well as the krystals burgers have a strange taste & the flies definitely dont help feeling like its a sanitary place to eat food. Will not be back again.

Service was wonderful. Food was good. Had to send dries back to get hot ones so i only have 4 stars. If dries were got would have given 5 stars. Yaaa for the Griffin Krystal! This is the first time I have given any Krystal more than 2stars!

The food was delicious I had grits ,eggs and sausage with toast and coffee. Inside could use a little more TLC as well as the outside but Ill be back
